Job Summary: Frame Security is scaling fast, and we’re building the team that defends the future. We’re looking for a driven, resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a high-growth environment and knows how to find, engage, and close exceptional talent.

This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role where you'll own searches from initial sourcing through offer acceptance. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, proactively build candidate pipelines, and help us attract top talent across the organization, with a strong focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) functions.

If you're a recruiter who loves the hunt, moves quickly, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Own Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from intake meetings and sourcing through candidate screening, interviews, offers, and closing.

Source & Engage Talent: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, creative sourcing strategies, referrals, and networking. Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Partner with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, develop sourcing strategies, and drive hiring decisions.

Drive the Hiring Process: Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, coordinate interviews, maintain momentum, and ensure a fast, organized, and efficient hiring process.

Elevate Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, hyper-responsive candidate journey that reflects Frame’s fast, transparent culture.

Run Recruiting Ops: Maintain accurate ATS data, manage job postings and interview workflows, and track recruiting activity to keep pipeline metrics clean and actionable.

Scale the Playbook: Identify and execute improvements around sourcing, employer branding, recruiting processes, and automation to make our hiring engine leaner and faster.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting Experience: Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (ideally 3–5+ years), with proven success independently managing searches from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • GTM Recruiting: Experience recruiting for Go-to-Market roles, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations, strongly preferred.
  • Strong Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to proactively source passive candidates, build talent pipelines, and generate interest through creative outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Startup Velocity & Bias for Action: You thrive in fast-moving environments, adapt quickly when priorities pivot, and solve problems without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Experience working directly with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs and drive successful hiring outcomes.
  • Obsessive Detail: You manage multiple searches without dropping details, maintain accurate recruiting data, and keep candidates and hiring teams informed.
  • Sharp Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage candidates, hiring managers, and executives alike.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and modern recruiting tools.
  • Ownership Mentality: Self-motivated, resourceful, and accountable. You take initiative, build solutions, and drive results without needing constant direction.
  • High-Growth Experience: Experience recruiting in a startup, SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity environment preferred.

Why frame:

  • High Impact: Build and own processes from start to finish that directly impact our product and customers, affecting millions of people.
  • Early-Stage Advantage: Join at the ground floor of a category-defining company. The decisions you make today will shape how the world thinks about Human Security tomorrow.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
