About Assembled

Assembled builds the infrastructure that underpins exceptional customer support, empowering companies like CashApp, Etsy, and Robinhood to deliver faster, better service at scale. With solutions for workforce management, BPO collaboration, and AI-powered issue resolution, Assembled simplifies the complexities of modern support operations by uniting in-house, outsourced, and AI-powered agents in a single operating system. Backed by $70M in funding from NEA, Emergence Capital, and Stripe, and driven by a team of experts passionate about problem-solving, we’re at the forefront of support operations technology.

The role

We’re looking for a GTM Systems Manager to join our growing RevOps team. As just the second RevOps hire in Assembled’s history, you’ll be stepping into a key role as we build the systems and processes to support a more scalable, data-driven GTM motion.

This role will report to the Revenue Operations Lead and work closely with partners across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure our tools and systems are tightly aligned, well maintained, and driving meaningful impact across the funnel. As part of these efforts, you’ll also help us integrate AI-powered tools and workflows into our GTM systems, unlocking new ways to scale outreach, automate insights, and drive performance.

Please note: The responsibilities listed here are meant to illustrate the day-to-day work. If you’re excited about the role but don’t have experience in each of the bullets below, we’d still love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day administration, optimization, and integration of our GTM tech stack, including: Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Default, Clearbit, and Sales Navigator

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable, efficient system workflows

  • Manage lead routing, account assignments, and campaign tracking in the CRM with a focus on automation and accuracy

  • Collaborate on GTM data governance efforts, identifying and resolving data integrity issues to ensure reliable reporting

  • Lead the rollout of new tools and enhancements, owning documentation, testing, and change management

  • Help evaluate, implement, and maintain integrated systems within the GTM stack to drive efficiency and insight across revenue teams

  • Troubleshoot system issues, diagnose root causes, and implement fixes to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation

  • Support onboarding and ongoing enablement of GTM teams on tools and systems best practices

About you
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations roles at a B2B SaaS company

  • Experience as a Salesforce admin (certification preferred but not required). Familiarity with integrated GTM tools such as Outreach, Gong, and Clearbit a plus.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and data architecture across the funnel

  • A systems thinker who enjoys solving cross-functional problems and bringing order to ambiguity

  • Comfortable managing technical projects end-to-end, including scoping, execution, and stakeholder alignment

  • Able to think strategically about systems design, balancing immediate needs with scalable long-term architecture

  • Proactive and resourceful - you anticipate problems and take ownership to drive solutions without being prompted

  • Curious about AI and excited to help bring intelligent automation into our GTM workflows

  • You thrive in early-stage environments and are energized by building scalable foundations from scratch

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
