Summary:


Anaconda is seeking a talented GTM Systems Architect to join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.


What You'll Do:

  • Design and maintain Salesforce infrastructure—including deal workflows, opportunity management, account hierarchies, and custom objects—to support GTM processes and cross-channel reporting.
  • Establish Salesforce as the GTM system of record through data governance, regular audits, and management of data imports, updates, and backups across all integrated applications.
  • Build automated workflows that support end-to-end deal flow from lead capture through quoting, contracting, and revenue recognition.
  • Integrate marketing automation, sales engagement, enablement platforms, and CRM to enable scalable automation across the revenue organization.
  • Oversee integrations with external revenue platforms, marketplace systems, and vendor tools, ensuring seamless data flow and automated processes while driving continuous improvement in system performance and user experience.
  • Lead cross-functional technical projects including requirements documentation, stakeholder alignment, and technical architecture—owning critical revenue initiatives from inception to delivery.
What You Need:
  • 10+ years of enterprise application architecture experience, including Salesforce and integrated systems supporting finance, billing, and revenue operations
  • Track record of streamlining operations and scaling automation across systems and processes
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale Salesforce projects, including scope definition, timeline management, and outcome ownership
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ, with experience building scalable solutions for quote-to-cash, billing, and operational reporting
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and other core Salesforce development tools
  • Experience leading complex Salesforce initiatives from design through deployment in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and how GTM KPIs and operational metrics drive Salesforce usage
  • Collaborative mindset with commitment to team success

The base salary range for this role is $152,000-$198,000 for candidates in New York City and San Francisco, and $114,000 -$168,000 for other US-based team members, along with annual bonus potential, equity participation, and benefits.


Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
