The Go-to-Market (GTM) Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and scalability of MinIO’s marketing, sales, and revenue technology stack. This role ensures data integrity, process efficiency, data cleanliness and seamless system integrations across the GTM ecosystem.
You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales,Customer Engineering, Finance and Operations leadership to enable pipeline growth, improve attribution, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You Will Do:
GTM Systems Administration- Own day-to-day administration of the GTM tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, and analytics tools).
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and system hygiene.
- Maintain data quality, deduplication, and normalization processes.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
Marketing & Sales Process Enablement
- Support campaign execution through list management, segmentation, and QA.
- Partner with Marketing to ensure accurate campaign attribution and tracking.
- Enable Sales with clean account/contact data and efficient handoffs.
Integrations & Automation
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between GTM systems.
- Troubleshoot sync failures and data discrepancies across platforms.
- Evaluate and deploy automation to improve scale and efficiency.
- Partner with Engineering/IT on data warehouse and BI connections.
Reporting & Analytics Support
- Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, funnel, and forecasting
- Ensure consistent definitions and data governance across reporting
- Support BI integration and data requirements
Documentation & Governance
- Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and change logs.
- Establish and enforce GTM data governance best practices.
- Support compliance requirements (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Train end users on tools and processes.
Your Skills and Experience:
- 4–7+ years administering GTM or marketing operations systems in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM).
- Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
- Proven experience managing lead routing and lifecycle frameworks.
- Experience with data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Apollo).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth companies.
- Experience supporting technical or infrastructure software companies.
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) motions.
- Experience with:
- Basic SQL and/or API familiarity.
- RevOps or Marketing Ops background.
- Salesforce or Marketo certifications.
