What You’ll Do
We are in a critical phase of growth as we scale from a strong foundation into the next stage of our business. This next chapter requires building systems, processes, and data foundations that can support an evolving go-to-market motion.
This role will sit within our growing Revenue Operations organization, which is responsible for building the infrastructure that enables this scale. As we continue to evolve, we are looking for individuals who are excited to operate in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where we are continuously building, iterating, and improving how we go to market. GTM Systems Architecture Ownership
We are seeking a GTM Systems Admin to help operate, optimize, and scale the systems that support our Go-To-Market organization. This role is critical to ensuring our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams operate efficiently, with trusted data and well-governed systems.
- Own day-to-day administration and optimization of core GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, marketing automation, customer success platforms, revenue/billing tools)
- Partner with an existing GTM Systems Admin to jointly own the architecture, configuration, and data schema across all GTM systems
- Own system configuration, change management, and release processes to ensure reliability and minimize business disruption
- Establish and enforce data governance, system standards, and best practices across GTM tools
- Define and maintain key GTM metrics, fields, and data models, ensuring consistency and integrity across systems
- Design and implement scalable workflows and system solutions that support the full customer lifecycle
- Ensure systems and data are connected and interoperable across tools, enabling a single source of truth and reducing fragmentation
- Analyze existing GTM processes to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency
- Act as a trusted partner to Revenue Operations and GTM leaders, translating business strategy into system architecture and workflows
- Lead discovery with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand needs, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects from requirements through design, implementation, and post-launch optimization
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment across teams, systems, and processes
- Balance flexibility for the business with strong governance to support long-term scalability
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, navigating ambiguity and building structure where it does not yet exist
- Make thoughtful tradeoffs between speed and quality to support a scaling organization
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in GTM Systems, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Business Systems in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Experience operating in high-growth or scaling environments, with an understanding of how systems and processes evolve over time
- Proven ability to manage system changes, prioritize requests, and support multiple stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to independently drive projects from concept through execution
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, leading discovery and translating business needs into scalable system solutions
- Broad experience across multiple GTM tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, marketing automation, customer success systems, billing/revenue tools), with an understanding of how data flows between them
- Strong understanding of data models and schema design, and how data structure impacts reporting, workflows, and scalability
- Experience with third-party integrations and installed packages
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Salesforce Admin Certification preferred.
