Description

As our GTM Systems Administrator, you’ll be thebackbone behind our revenue systems stack, with a particular focus on Salesforce administration and back-end configuration. This role is pivotal in enabling our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to operate efficiently and at scale. As part of the Sales Ops team, you’ll work cross-functionally with RevOps, Marketing/Marketing Ops, Finance, and IT, managing and deeply impacting the architecture and operational integrity of our GTM tech ecosystem.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is both technically adept and operationally strategic—comfortable owning systems while collaborating with and enabling our revenue-generating teams to move faster and work smarter.

About Zafran

Zafran brings an entirely new operating model to manage threats and vulnerabilities. Unlike any other approach, we use your existing security tools to prove that 90% of critical vulnerabilities are not exploitable, then quickly mitigate and remediate the 10% that are most likely to cause an incident.

Backed by marquee investors such as Sequoia Capital and Cyberstarts, we are one of the fastest-growing companies in cybersecurity today. Our groundbreaking approach is rapidly gaining adoption, and we are scaling aggressively to meet the demand of some of the largest and most security-conscious organizations in the world.

What you will do
  • Salesforce Ownership: Administer and enhance our Salesforce architecture, including our data model using all available declarative tools, with particular expertise in Flow.
  • Systems Integrations: Manage and optimize integrations across our GTM stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Sweep, Reachdesk, People.ai , Own/OwnBackup, etc.).
  • Project Management: Drive cross-functional systems projects from scoping through execution. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and resolve inefficiencies in territory management, data hygiene, pipeline management, and sales process automation.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Partner with RevOps and GTM Leadership to ensure clean, consistent, and actionable reporting through Salesforce, Tableau, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets. Expertise using formulas in Salesforce and Google Sheets to enhance workflows and derive insights more quickly and effectively.
  • Deep Curiosity: Demonstrated history of continuous learning and growth in your craft, including a drive to experiment with AI and AI-driven tools to enhance workflows.
  • Documentation & Enablement: Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, data schemas, and SOPs; support enablement efforts with systems onboarding and guidance.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure data integrity, security protocols, and compliance standards are maintained across all GTM systems.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience administering Salesforce CRM in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments, ideally SaaS
  • Strong back-end/admin knowledge: data models, validation rules, flow automation, interest in or experience with Apex.
  • Familiarity with GTM tech stack tools: Sales engagement platforms, data enrichment, territory management, and Middleware, among others.
  • Strong project management skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and delivery
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communicator with both technical, non-technical, and executive stakeholders, who thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems without hand-holding

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
