SUMMARY 

We are seeking a GTM Strategy & Planning Manager to join our GTM Strategic Programs Team. In this role, you will report to the Manager, GTM Strategy & Planning and focus on the execution of cross-functional programs designed to rethink and optimize sales roles through process, automation, and AI. Collaboration with key GTM teams, including Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Excellence, and Product Marketing, is essential in this role. This role offers an exciting opportunity to significantly impact Wiz’s growth and innovation.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own and lead strategic GTM programs focused on optimizing sales roles and operating models
  • Identify tooling, process, and workflow gaps and apply AI and automation to improve sales role effectiveness, scalability, and productivity.
  • Design, build, and operationalize solutions that enable GTM teams to work more efficiently today while creating a foundation that scales with future growth.
  • Translate executive vision into execution by defining business requirements, success metrics, milestones, risks, and dependencies across complex initiatives.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of programs, coordinating technical implementation, business readiness, and change management to ensure program outcomes, including adoption, efficiency gains, and measurable impact on GTM role performance. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, GTM Excellence, Product Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to provide analytics, reporting, and insights that track progress against program goals and inform ongoing optimization.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional GTM initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • Experience in SaaS companies and/or management consulting.
  • Strong familiarity with sales roles and GTM motions; experience working in Sales, RevOps, or Sales Operations is a plus.
  • Technical program management experience is a plus.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Proven ability to translate executive direction into clear requirements, program plans, and execution roadmaps.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage tight deadlines, and prioritize multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

High proficiency with Google Workspace and Salesforce is a plus.

Compensation 

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. 

This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation. 

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. 

US Base Pay Range
$147,000$202,500 USD
