Reflow is a lean, fast-moving team. Right now our GTM stack needs someone to own the infrastructure — connecting tools, setting up dashboards, building reports, and making sure everything runs cleanly. This is important work that's currently pulling time from team members.
You'll come in, assess what we have, close the gaps, and hand off clean documentation. Ideal if you've done this at multiple startups and know the common failure modes.
What you'll doAudit current GTM stack (Attio CRM, outbound tools, internal workflows) and flag gaps or broken connections
Connect and configure tools so data flows correctly between CRM, outbound, and reporting layers
Build dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline health, experiment results, and rep activity — without needing to pull it manually
Set up automations to reduce manual ops work (lead routing, status updates, Slack alerts, etc.)
Write clear documentation so the team can maintain what you build
Flag any data quality issues and help define naming conventions, lifecycle stages, field standards
Prior experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops — ideally at a B2B / Enterprise startup
Comfortable with Attio (or comparable CRMs like HubSpot / Salesforce) at an admin level
Experience building dashboards in BI tools (Looker, Metabase, or similar)
Hands-on with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
Has done this for multiple companies before — not learning on the job
Writes clean, maintainable documentation without being asked
Able to work independently with minimal context, ask smart clarifying questions up front
Hourly, depending on experience and tool depth
Option to expand scope or go retainer after 90 days.
Full-time if there's mutual fit
