About Notabene

Notabene is building infrastructure that’s transforming how money moves in the digital economy. We’re evolving beyond our compliance foundations to enable the next generation of digital financial services between regulated institutions with unprecedented efficiency. With nearly 50 employees across 14 countries and having recently closed our Series B round last November with support from leading investors including Y Combinator, DRW, F-Prime, Jump Capital, Castle Island, and Green Visor Capital, we’re looking for people like you to help shape the future rails of the crypto industry!

The Role

We’re looking for a Partnerships Lead to build and scale the partnerships that directly drive our next phase of growth. You’ll own a portfolio of ecosystem, channel, and referral partners that expand our reach, deepen product adoption, and strengthen our network effects.
You’ll be the single point of accountability for partner pipeline, performance, and health – turning strong inbound interest and ecosystem momentum into a deliberate, repeatable go-to-market motion. You’ll work closely with GTM, Sales, and Product leadership to identify the right partners and turn those relationships into measurable revenue and adoption.

Where You’ll Work

This is a 100% remote role open to candidates based in the United States (Eastern Time Zone) or the United Kingdom.
What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the end-to-end partnership strategy, from initial prioritization and ecosystem mapping to deal structure and performance measurement.

  • Build and nurture high-impact commercial relationships (channel, referral, and ecosystem) that expand distribution and network adoption.

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to design joint go-to-market plays, co-selling programs, and integrated solutions.

  • Utilize performance data and key metrics to evaluate partner health, optimize existing relationships, and guide future growth decisions.

What You’ll Need

  • Commercial experience driving strategic partnerships, revenue, or business development in fast-paced or tech-adjacent industries.

  • History of managing the full deal lifecycle - from initial outreach and executive alignment to cross-functional execution and post-launch growth.

  • Analytical mindset with a comfort using data to track performance, refine strategy, and prove outcome success.

  • Adaptable operator who thrives with autonomy and can turn unstructured ideas into scalable processes.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
