Location - Draper, UT / Remote
We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to build and scale the internal systems that power Jump’s go-to-market engine. You’ll design the architecture, automations, and technical workflows that enable Sales, CS, Enablement, and Product to run at top speed — turning our GTM motion into a repeatable, AI-driven machine.

What we’re looking forExperience building GTM systems or technical workflows in a high-growth SaaS or AI startup
Strong fluency in data flows, system integrations, APIs, and workflow automation
A track record of building internal technical tooling that improves GTM speed and reliability
Ability to translate product capabilities into repeatable, operational GTM systems
Structured thinker with comfort building dashboards, syncing data, or troubleshooting integrations
A builder–operator mindset: you treat internal workflows like products and design for scale
Excellent cross-functional partner who can work with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering
Bonus: experience with AI prompt engineering, RAG workflows, or internal demo environment setup
Design and maintain the internal GTM systems that power Sales,
Build reusable internal integrations, scripts, and automations that improve team velocity
Create and manage internal demo environments to ensure consistent product demonstrations
Translate product features into operational workflows GTM teams can use in the field
Collaborate with Product & Engineering to validate feasibility and build light prototypes
Develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting frameworks for visibility across GTM performance
Streamline onboarding, training, and internal enablement through technical tooling
Continuously improve internal systems to eliminate friction and accelerate revenue workflows
Serve as the technical backbone for GTM — ensuring the organization executes with precision and consistency

CompensationSalary: $125K-$200k (depending on experience)
