Who is Eleos Health?

Today, more people than ever are speaking publicly about their mental health. Whether it's ourselves, our friends and family or even public figures, taking care of your behavioral health is no longer a taboo, it's vital, and it's only human.
Eleos is on a mission to help deliver the world's most effective behavioral care through data, measurement, and personalization. Or simply put, we want to give clinicians the support they need to do the important work only they can do.

What is this opportunity?

We are looking for an AI Builder to join our GTM Operations team. This role sits at the intersection of operations, systems, and AI — designing, building, and scaling intelligent workflows that transform how work gets done across Eleos Health. Reporting to the VP of GTM Operations, you will partner across the organization to identify inefficiencies, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deploy AI-powered systems that drive speed, accuracy, and better decision-making. This is a builder role, and the output is working systems in production. Location: US or IL (Israel), remote-eligible.

Who are you?

You are someone who gets energized by turning a messy, manual process into something that just runs. You think in systems — you see how tools, data, and workflows connect, and you know how to design solutions that are coherent, not cobbled together. You move fast without cutting corners that matter, and you know the difference. You are comfortable sitting with ambiguity long enough to ask the right questions, and then you build. You do not wait for perfect requirements. You ship, you learn, and you improve. You are excited about doing this work in a behavioral health company where the downstream impact of getting operations right is real.

How will you contribute?

  • Map current-state processes, identify automation and optimization opportunities, and build end-to-end workflows that reduce manual work and improve consistency across GTM and operations
  • Develop and deploy AI agents, copilots, and automation tools that support daily operations — integrating AI into existing systems to enhance decision-making and execution, not as a bolt-on layer but as a first-class component
  • Connect tools, data sources, and workflows across the tech stack to ensure seamless data flow between systems and enable real-time insights and actions
  • Create scalable frameworks for how workflows are built, maintained, and improved — establishing best practices for automation governance and performance tracking so others can operate and extend what you build
  • Monitor workflow performance, iterate quickly based on user feedback and operational impact, and translate ambiguous stakeholder problems into structured, executable solutions

What qualifications and skills will help you be successful?

  • Hands-on experience building production workflows using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, or similar
  • Practical experience applying AI and LLM tools to real operational workflows — including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or open-source models — with at least one deployed example you can speak to concretely
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to connect processes, data, and tools into cohesive, integrated solutions
  • Comfort working across both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating between the two
  • Demonstrated ability to move quickly from idea to prototype to production, with a bias toward simplification and measurable impact
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in workflow automation, AI operations, RevOps, or a technical GTM or systems role

Some nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with APIs, data pipelines, or low-code / no-code platforms
  • Exposure to CRM, support, or operational SaaS systems
  • Background in operations, systems design, or process improvement

This is a unique opportunity to join a startup that has a meaningful impact on thousands' well-being and mental health.
This role offers:

  • A team of amazing people with a shared vision and the infinite drive to make it happen
  • The base pay range for this position is ~$120,000 (with flexibility, for US based). The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on several factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
  • Opportunity to build, grow, and become highly instrumental in shaping how technology can increase the effectiveness of therapy
  • Fully remote work environment

Benefits

For employees

  • Competitive health and well-being benefits, mental healthcare support, and life and AD&D insurance
  • Significant equity and 401(k) plans matched to 4%
  • Company sponsored retirement plan
  • Global business travel insurance for you and any dependents traveling with you
  • Domestic conference budget and annual learning & development stipend
  • Remote work stipend

  • Generous PTO, additional mental health days, and paid time off to recharge, care for yourself and loved ones, and handle life's moments
  • Fertility treatment and family planning coverage

  • Annual learning & development stipend

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
