We’re searching for a GTM Engineer, AI Platforms to operate as an embedded technical partner within the RevOps team (Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Partner Ops, Revenue Enablement). This role sits at the center of our Revenue Organization, and will help shape the internal AI foundations and workflows across the customer journey. Your work will span prototyping and experimentation to integration and automation in production environments. You will also design, implement, and scale key initiatives on our AI GTM Roadmap.

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

- Zone B: $107,400 - $139,500
- Zone C: $101,700 - $128,700

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

- Build Custom LLM Apps for GTM: Design, build, and ship custom LLM/GPT apps that speed up GTM workflows
- Architect AI System Integrations: Stand up scalable backends that connect AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Pinecone, Weaviate...) to core tools like Salesforce, Clay, Gong, and Outreach.
- Translate GTM Pain Into AI Workflows: Work across teams to map real GTM problems into intelligent, AI-backed automations — balance UX, scalability, and business impact.
- Own Full-Stack AI Builds: From API prototyping to cloud function deployment — own the full build cycle and make systems talk to each other.
- Document & Enable AI Tools: Create docs, guides, and demos that help both technical and non-technical folks adopt, trust, and troubleshoot your builds.
- Run AI Experiments at Scale: Lead hands-on R&D with prompt engineering, model tuning, and multimodal tools to find creative solutions to big GTM challenges.

About you:You’ll thrive as GTM Engineer if you:
- Bring 3–5+ years of experience in a technical GTM, Revenue Operations, or AutomationI Engineering role and must have supported GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Partners), within a SaaS company.
- Align AI with Business Goal: You tie AI workflows directly to GTM needs and goals with clear focus. Understanding what matters to sales, CS, and marketing, and build accordingly.
- Have a Solid AI Foundation: You're fluent in LLMs (and their APIs), vector databases, advanced prompt engineering, and RAG — with a talent for combining these technologies to suit the task at hand. You also bring a growing toolkit of Agents, AI Workflows, CustomGPTs, and Gems to every project.
- Go from Idea to Execution: You can translate experimental concepts into production-ready solutions, acting as a vital bridge between technical implementation and business stakeholders, while communicating complex workflows into simple human terms?
- Bring a Technical Foundation (Scripting + APIs): You’re fluent in TypeScript, Python or a similar scripting language. You design APIs, build webhooks, and connect systems without drama.
- Have GTM Tool Experience: You’ve used tools like Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Workato, and understand GTM systems architecture. You know how data flows, where things break, and what RevOps actually needs.
- Are High Agency + Enterprise-Ready You’re a self-starter who builds with care. You don’t cut corners on access control, data security, or legal compliance — but you don’t let them slow you down either.
- Possess Strong Cross-functional Collaboration: You possess excellent cross-functional skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration across various departments.
- Have a Track Record of Results: You’ve built internal tools, automations, or side projects — and have a portfolio that showcases your ability to move fast and solve real problems with creativity and precision.
