Role Overview

Higgsfield is looking for a GTM Director (PLG) to help scale our enterprise business during one of the fastest growth periods in software history.

This is a highly strategic, customer-facing role at the intersection of Product, Revenue, Customer Success, and Growth. You'll partner with leading brands, agencies, and enterprise customers to accelerate adoption, expand strategic accounts, and influence how some of the world's largest organizations leverage generative AI.

We're looking for someone who understands how modern AI companies grow through product adoption, customer outcomes, and rapid iteration. You'll help shape our go-to-market strategy while serving as a trusted advisor to customers implementing AI into their creative workflows.

The ideal candidate has built and scaled enterprise relationships within high-growth SaaS or AI companies and brings a consultative approach to helping customers unlock business value through emerging technology.

What You'll DoProduct-Led Revenue Growth
  • Own commercial relationships across a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.

  • Drive customer activation, adoption, expansion, renewals, and long-term revenue growth.

  • Identify opportunities to increase product usage across new teams, workflows, and business units.

  • Lead executive business reviews and strategic account planning.

  • Structure pilots, proof-of-concepts, and enterprise expansion opportunities.

Partner with Customers
  • Understand customer workflows, creative processes, and business objectives.

  • Translate Higgsfield's AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to marketing, creative, innovation, and executive stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate new product capabilities and influence adoption of emerging features.

  • Build executive relationships across customer organizations.

Influence GTM Strategy
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to shape our enterprise motion.

  • Bring customer insights directly into product development.

  • Help define scalable processes for enterprise expansion, forecasting, and customer success.

  • Identify market trends and competitive insights that inform product and commercial strategy.

What We're Looking For
  • 8–12+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Accounts, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, GTM Strategy, or related commercial roles.

  • Experience owning and expanding enterprise relationships with large strategic customers.

  • Background in high-growth SaaS, AI, infrastructure, developer tools, cloud, MarTech, or creator platforms.

  • Strong executive presence with experience presenting to VP and C-level stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations and multi-stakeholder buying cycles.

  • Highly consultative with exceptional discovery, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer data into commercial opportunities.

  • Comfortable operating in an extremely fast-paced startup environment where priorities evolve quickly.

  • Experience at a product-led growth (PLG), usage-based, or AI-native company.

  • Familiarity with creative technology, generative AI, media, advertising, or enterprise marketing workflows.

Compensation & Benefits
  • We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.

  • Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $180,000 - $240,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.

  • Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.

This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Team members are expected to work from our San Francisco office three full days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely and are expected to be available during agreed working hours and to maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone.
