About the team
The GTM Analytics team at Cloudflare is responsible for building GTM dashboards and conducting periodic and adhoc analysis that enables our internal GTM Business Partners with actionable insights. Our goal is to leverage GTM systems and data to support Cloudflare's GTM business needs, provide reporting and analytics to fuel business growth and improve productivity.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Lisbon team to scale our GTM Analytics initiatives. You will work with a wide array of datasets from multiple GTM systems, product usage datasets to analyze and build dashboards, reports and provide analytics which will influence our business initiatives and will provide actionable insights to GTM teams.
Success in this role comes from expert visualization skills, strong data background with business acumen and scripting knowledge to build dashboards and deliver highly strategic and compelling insights that accelerate our business growth.
What you'll do
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design Tableau dashboards that deliver real-time visibility into key business metrics.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, data analysts, GTM Systems, and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions to critical business challenges.
  • Proactively engage in discovery and ask questions to iteratively define, build, and maintain new business metrics.
  • Develop and automate reporting solutions, while continuously prototyping and refining dashboards to provide insights at scale.
  • Translate data into compelling stories that enable stakeholders to easily understand and act on analytical insights.

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
  • Strong background in data analytics, with expertise in analyzing and interpreting large datasets.
  • Proficiency in writing advanced SQL queries.
  • Hands-on experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python) and notebook environments such as Jupyter for data wrangling and machine learning.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to define and track key performance metrics.
  • Experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks to generate actionable insights and drive improvements.

Bonus points
  • Experience in ML model development using Python and Scikit
  • Experience with a fast-growing SaaS business based company preferred
