At Sign In App, we're redefining how organizations manage access and visitor management. We believe security and great experiences should go hand in hand, helping organizations protect their people, simplify compliance, and create seamless workplaces. Trusted by 30,000+ organizations worldwide, we're building the future of Access Intelligence - making every interaction safer, smarter, and more welcoming.

The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Go-to-Market (GTM) Analyst to help us understand and improve the performance of our marketing funnel and go-to-market engine.

This role will turn marketing and sales data into actionable insights, helping us understand where pipeline is coming from, the quality and value of that pipeline, how prospects progress through the funnel, and where we should invest to drive efficient ARR growth.

The GTM Analyst will report to the SVP Financial Planning & Analysis and partner closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Finance to establish consistent reporting and analyze performance across customer segments and channels. The role will identify opportunities to improve conversion, pipeline generation, customer acquisition cost, and marketing ROI.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is analytically sharp, commercially curious, and enjoys digging into the "why" behind the numbers. You'll turn data into clear insights and recommendations that help Marketing and Sales make better decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own reporting and analytics across the full marketing funnel, from lead generation through to pipeline, bookings, and ARR
  • Analyze funnel performance and pipeline quality, including conversion rates, deal size, velocity, and ARR contribution across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments
  • Measure marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline by channel, campaign, geography, and product, and recommend where to increase, reduce, or redirect spend
  • Build reporting on CAC, LTV, CAC payback, marketing ROI, and sales and marketing efficiency
  • Create dashboards, forecasts, and leading indicators that give executives clear visibility into funnel performance and future ARR
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance on consistent definitions, data integrity, attribution methodology, budgeting, and ROI analysis

Culture

We're a team that challenges "good enough" - collaborative, curious, and focused on solving real problems. We keep things simple and put our customers at the centre of everything we do.
Our values guide how we work every day:

  • Customer first
  • Respect and dignity
  • Be accountable
  • Honesty and positivity
  • We're here to win
  • Do good and give back

Job requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • A sharp analytical mind and genuine commercial curiosity
  • A drive to dig into the "why" behind the numbers, not just report what happened
  • The ability to spot inconsistencies and ask good questions of the data
  • Confidence turning funnel and pipeline metrics into clear takeaways for Marketing and Sales
  • A proactive approach, bringing recommendations forward rather than waiting to be asked

Required qualifications

  • 3 to 5+ years' experience in marketing analytics, revenue analytics, BI, RevOps, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong understanding of SaaS funnel metrics, including MQL, SQL, opportunity conversion, pipeline, ARR, CAC, LTV, and CAC payback
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience working with large datasets, with a sharp eye for inconsistencies and data quality
  • Ability to translate complex data into concise, commercial insights and present them confidently to senior leadership

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience specifically with marketing attribution modelling and campaign-level analysis
  • Experience with cohort and customer segmentation analysis
  • Prior exposure to GTM segmentation models (Transactional/SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise)
  • Experience partnering directly with Finance on budgeting or ROI evaluation
  • A track record of proactively bringing recommendations forward rather than only responding to requests

How We Work

  • Location: St Petersburg
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid 3 days in office
  • Working Hours: Standard working hours, as a global company there maybe some requirement for collaboration across global time zones.
  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
