You will develop and manage partnerships to generate awareness and new clients for Fay, driving strategy and execution of partnership initiatives.
You will play a key role in Fay’s success by developing partnerships that build awareness of Fay and generate new clients. You’ll be responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and management of existing partners while spearheading new partnerships initiatives to drive client growth.
What you’ll be doing
- You will own our growth partnerships program — driving the strategy, execution, and management of our partnerships efforts.
- You’ll be responsible for driving new client growth by forming strategic partnerships with various stakeholders.
- You will constantly be ideating and spearheading new partnership opportunities, ensuring that we are one step ahead of the market.
- You’ll manage the data, outreach efforts, and ongoing management of key partners.
- You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to build the necessary experiences to support our partnership efforts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience driving the strategy, execution, and management of a partnerships program for a top consumer company.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- You’re an inquisitive, creative thinker who is constantly ideating new ideas and pushing us to think more strategically.
- You have strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building expertise, and professional presence, and can effectively communicate and influence at all levels of an organization
- You’re highly organized, and can effectively manage multiple partnership workstreams at the same time.
- You’re driven, never satisfied with the status quo, and a self-starter.
