LlamaIndex is seeking a T-shaped, impact-driven, growth marketer to own the entire Growth Engine — spanning inbound and demand gen, PLG, and GTM engineering (or ops). You’ll operate at the intersection of growth strategy, systems design, and tactical execution, building scalable programs that help the company meet revenue targets. You’ll combine analytical rigor with creative experimentation, ensuring every level of the funnel is measurable, optimized, and aligned to our revenue goals for both our top-down sales and bottoms-up PLG motion. And, yes, you’ll get to use a lot of AI at work. In fact, you’ll be expected to.
You’ll have a unique opportunity to be at the driver’s seat of one of the largest AI developer communities (4 million downloads a month of open source and 300k+ signups of our cloud platform), acutely in charge of building demand for our commercial products. You will also work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product leadership as well as founders to plan and execute growth strategies.
What You’ll DoInbound & Demand Generation: Build and run targeted growth campaigns, field events, webinars, ABM, and multi-channel campaigns to create qualified pipeline.
PLG: Build and experiment with growth campaigns, nurture loops, and onboarding efficiencies that help drive self-serve revenue growth
Lifecycle Marketing: Design automated onboarding, nurture, and retention programs to maximize activation and LTV.
Ops & GTM Engineering: Own the growth tech stack, data pipelines, and reporting to ensure full-funnel visibility and optimization.
Analytics & Insight: Monitor performance, run experiments, and distill learnings into repeatable, scalable playbooks.
SEO and web: Drive SEO, and website strategy to attract, capture, and convert high-intent audiences.
2-7 years in growth, ops, or a GTM-focused role
Deep expertise in one or more growth disciplines with broad skills across others.
Experience with the latest GTM AI stack, including traditional tools like Hubspot and Apollo
A systems thinker who can design scalable campaigns and execute them effectively.
Analytical and creative — using data to guide bold, well-structured experiments.
Collaborative and resourceful, with a bias toward speed and iteration.
Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, AI infrastructure tools, or early-stage startups.
