Are you passionate about driving marketing strategies and skilled in the art of execution? We are seeking a Growth Marketing Strategist who excels in crafting compelling marketing campaigns and meticulously implementing them across channels like PPC, SEO, content, email, webinars, and events. This role is perfect for someone who is an expert at execution, eager to refine their strategic abilities, and looking to make a significant impact by turning innovative ideas into successful outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to guide our marketing efforts from lead generation to revenue realization, contributing directly to the growth and success of our business. 

The ideal candidate is someone who can roll up their sleeves to write ad copy or create a webinar landing page, while overseeing the campaign calendar. You enjoy hosting webinars and field events and love networking with fellow marketers. You are a data-driven enthusiast with a deep understanding of the customer journey and well-versed platforms like Hubspot to analyze and optimize our marketing initiatives. You have a deep understanding of the lead lifecycle—from lead to MQL to customer—and relentlessly focus on optimizing conversion at every stage. You possess the creative grit to hunt for leads in unconventional places and the tactical skill to build the systems that bring them home. You are constantly scouting new channels and testing fresh tactics, driven by a need to see the needle move. Problem-solving skills will be key to implementing new, effective tactics while maintaining our current demand generation success. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are obsessed with finding measurable solutions. 

Looking for someone with previous experience in demand gen or a campaign specialist who loves to execute while honing their strategic abilities. 

Essential Job Functions:
  • Develop and implement omni-channel demand generation campaigns aimed at attracting new qualified leads and upselling existing customers
  • Design and execute omni-channel campaigns to manage the marketing content calendar, ensuring alignment and timely execution across teams
  • Coordinate with BDRs and Sales teams to ensure marketing strategies effectively support sales goals, focusing on MQL generation and deal creation.
  • Utilize HubSpot to its full potential to monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Support Compose.ly’s internal SEO and PPC initiatives to make search a reliable and consistent demand channel.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that impact marketing performance, using a combination of strategic foresight and tactical execution.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing initiatives, upholding brand integrity.
  • Create processes that help us scale, maintaining the flexibility needed to innovate

You are:

  • Experienced, with a proven track record of campaign strategy, execution, testing, and optimization

  • Comfortable with data and complex domains

Requirements
  • Experience developing and implementing growth marketing strategies for a high-growth B2B agency or brand
  • Minimum 1-2 years working with Hubspot
  • 3+ years experience in marketing or demand-focused roles
  • Comfortable with reporting and a bias for data-driven approach
  • Experience managing campaigns, performance metrics and budget allocation
  • Ability to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to continuously maximize opportunities for growth
  • Experience working with external/freelance resources
  • Experience utilizing marketing tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Webflow, etc.
