We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to get Lightspark in front of the right people at the right time. You're an AI-native marketer who moves fast, experiments constantly, and knows how to drive pipeline. You own the full top-of-funnel: SEO, social, outbound, paid media, content, and website conversion. You don't wait for a brief, you spot the opportunity and go.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGDevelop and execute an organic search strategy that positions Lightspark as the authority in real-time payments and financial infrastructure. Write, commission, and optimize content that ranks and converts.
Own Lightspark's social presence across LinkedIn, X, and beyond. Build a consistent voice, grow our audience, and turn followers into prospects.
Design and run multi-channel outbound programs targeting the right decision-makers at financial institutions, fintechs, and enterprise partners.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across search and social. Know your CAC, your ROAS, and when to scale or cut.
Partner with the web team to improve landing pages, CTAs, and conversion flows. Turn traffic into leads.
Build dashboards, track performance, run experiments, and report on what's working. You make decisions with data.
3–5 years of growth or demand generation marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or developer-focused products
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush), paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn), and marketing automation (HubSpot, etc.)
Fluency with AI tools you use them to move faster, write better, and experiment smarter
Strong written communication skills; you can make complex financial infrastructure feel approachable
A bias for action: you'd rather launch, learn, and iterate than perfect before shipping
Comfort working in a fast-moving, scrappy environment where you wear multiple hats
