At VELAIO, we’re leaders in Staff Augmentation, Software Outsourcing, and Digital Transformation with a Startup focused in communication services. We’re on a mission to accelerate our global growth through data-driven, innovative marketing strategies that engage prospects at every stage of the conversion funnel.

Your Mission
As our Growth Marketing Specialist, you will design, execute, and optimize digital marketing experiments that continuously drive acquisition, activation, retention, and referral of our services. You’ll be the engine of our growth—formulating hypotheses, measuring results, and scaling only what delivers real impact for users and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Funnel Campaigns: Plan and lead initiatives to attract new leads, maximize trial activation, and foster customer loyalty and referrals.

  • Agile Experimentation: Create A/B tests, alternative landing pages, and message variations to optimize performance across channels.

  • ROI-Focused Advertising: Manage and scale PPC (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), display, social selling, and email campaigns with a clear focus on Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

  • High-Impact Content: Produce assets (eBooks, webinars, case studies, SEO-optimized posts) that fuel the funnel—driving both acquisition and retention.

  • Analysis & Reporting: Define KPIs (conversion rate, churn rate, CAC, LTV, NPS, etc.) and deliver actionable reports to guide decision-making and prioritize new experiments.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Data Science to align messaging, validate hypotheses, and ensure a seamless, optimized user experience.

If you’re passionate about designing experimentation cycles that truly move the needle, we’d love to hear from you!

Please send your résumé and a brief example of a Growth Marketing experience.

  • Data-driven mindset: ability to extract insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable experiments.

  • Creative storytelling: talent for crafting compelling content that resonates with both technical and business audiences.

  • Bilingual communication: fluent in Spanish and English, both for copywriting and international collaboration.

  • Autonomy & proactivity: skilled at juggling multiple initiatives, prioritizing by impact, and adapting quickly to findings.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
