About the role
The Growth Marketing Programs Manager (Events) will play a key role in driving Artisight’s demand generation strategy through high-impact events and integrated marketing programs. This individual will own the planning, execution, and measurement of in-person and virtual events, ensuring each initiative contributes meaningfully to pipeline growth and brand visibility.
Working closely with the Director of Growth, Sales, and Business Development teams, this role blends creativity, operational precision, and analytical rigor. From major healthcare conferences and executive summits to webinars and content syndication campaigns, you’ll lead programs that connect Artisight’s innovative platform with healthcare leaders across the country.
You’ll manage everything from event logistics and vendor relationships to lead scoring, campaign orchestration, and ROI reporting. Success in this role means delivering seamless experiences that generate measurable revenue impact—turning every event into a growth engine for Artisight’s 2026 goals.
What you'll do
Event Planning & Management
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of industry events and conferences
- Own event ROI framework covering pre-, during-, and post-event metrics
- Manage vendor relationships (booth builders, printers, shippers, etc.)
- Coordinate design, layout, and logistics for booths and exhibits
- Oversee exhibitor portal tasks (registrations, furniture, A/V, swag, etc.)
- Lead pre-event kickoff meetings and manage staff schedules and expectations
- Support on-site execution, including live social media coordination and tech setup
- Conduct post-event debriefs to identify wins, challenges, and improvements
Lead Generation & ROI Tracking
- Own lead capture, scoring, and routing processes for all events
- Implement follow-up automation within 24–48 hours post-event
- Build “Event Influence” dashboards to track pipeline and ROI
- Support BDRs and Sales in prioritizing outreach and lead follow-up
- Report performance against goals, including meetings, opps, and ROI metrics
Campaign & Webinar Management
- Manage planning and execution of third-party and in-house webinars
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for campaign kickoffs and follow-up
- Ensure all tools, workflows, and data lists are prepped and QA’d
- Lead post-webinar enrichment, upload, and distribution processes
- Manage AVIA review campaigns and content syndication workflows
- Support email marketing efforts within Pardot, including content creation, segmentation, and personalization
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in event marketing, demand generation, or campaign management
- Proven success managing end-to-end trade show and webinar programs
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot (Account Engagement), and project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance into actionable insights
Nice to haves
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or SaaS marketing
- Background in booth design coordination or vendor management
- Familiarity with lead scoring, routing, and marketing automation workflows
- Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and integrated campaign strategy
