About the roleWe are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with a proven track record of driving significant growth in fast-moving, regulated industries.
This role is for someone who thrives in high-ownership environments and can operate effectively in highly technical settings.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about DeFi. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to drive user growth, improve product adoption, and accelerate Injective's expansion across global markets.
Responsibilities:Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across Injective products.
Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
Own and track key growth metrics, including user acquisition, engagement, activation, and retention.
Run growth experiments across channels and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Partner with Product and Business Development teams to improve onboarding flows and user adoption.
Identify and test new acquisition channels to expand Injective's reach beyond the existing crypto-native audience.
5+ years of experience in a growth or performance marketing role with proven track record of driving measurable user growth.
Experience scaling user growth for a consumer-facing product, ideally in fintech, trading, crypto, or another regulated industry.
Experience analyzing marketing performance and user engagement metrics.
Familiarity with growth marketing frameworks and experimentation methodologies.
Experience with marketing analytics tools and campaign reporting.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Possess a strong, proven interest in the crypto and DeFi space
Must be fluent in English
Strong written and oral communications
Ability to keep your finger on the pulse of current trends and developments in the blockchain space
Passion for the Injective mission and flourishing of DeFi, and the ability to articulate both
Working knowledge of popular blockchain companies, key players, and current industry trends
