About the Role:
We’re looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager
to partner directly with the CEO in driving revenue and scaling the business.
This is a hands-on role — you’ll lead strategy and execute campaigns.
· Own the full customer journey from generating interest to converting clients and keeping them long term
· Drive growth by bringing in leads and revenue through ads, email, outreach, content, and partnerships
· Plan, launch, and improve marketing campaigns based on data and actual results, not guesswork
· Track key numbers such as cost per client, conversion rates, and revenue, and continuously improve performance
· Be highly numbers driven by regularly analyzing what is working and what is not, then taking action to improve results
· Lead and guide the marketing team while staying hands on with execution
· Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and increase closed deals
· Manage and optimize CRM using GoHighLevel and utilize tools like Claude AI for automation and efficiency
· Continuously test new ideas, measure performance, and scale what works best
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years in growth/digital/performance marketing
Strong understanding of marketing funnels and sales-driven campaigns
Hands-on experience in campaign executStrong communication and leadership skills
Versatile, proactive, and results-oriented
Experience in a marketing agency or consultancy is a plus
