About LiveFlow

LiveFlow is on a mission to redefine how businesses manage their finances. We are building the next-generation accounting and finance platform that transforms outdated systems and complex, often manual workflows into a simple, smart and intuitive user experience—and we need a brilliant designer to help us bring our vision to life.

We have raised over $21M from top-tier investors including: YC, YC Continuity, Valar Seedcamp, WndrCo, Moonfire, Bradley Horowitz (VP Product, Google) and more.

We are helping thousands of companies to streamline their financial workflows and we have hundreds of 5/5 ratings on G2.

Our founding team previously worked at Europe's fastest growing fintech, Revolut.

The Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to make LiveFlow the most recognized brand in accounting and finance software. You'll own top-of-funnel marketing — running brand awareness campaigns across TV, out-of-home, direct mail, and other channels — while driving measurable pipeline impact.

This is a hands-on role. You'll design experiments, launch campaigns, analyze what's working, and double down. You'll be measured on two things: brand awareness and SQLs.

What You'll Do
  • Build and execute brand awareness campaigns across TV, OOH, direct mail, and emerging channels

  • Test new channels and creative approaches; kill what doesn't work, scale what does

  • Track and report on campaign performance with rigor — you'll own the numbers

  • Partner with Sales to ensure top-of-funnel efforts translate to qualified pipeline

  • Collaborate with Product to align messaging with what we're building

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years in growth or brand marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS

  • Scrappy and resourceful — you figure things out, you don't wait for permission

  • Highly systematic and data-driven; you quantify everything

  • Experience running multi-channel campaigns and measuring ROI

  • HubSpot experience is a major plus

Role Location

This role can be based in office in New York, but can also be remote anywhere in the US.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
