Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead a talented team of specialists and drive our business’s expansion through advanced digital marketing strategies. This is a people management role responsible for hiring, coaching, supervising, and developing team members while driving digital marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and conversion optimization. You will play a critical role in setting the vision for your team, building effective structures and workflows, and fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth. Your leadership and technical expertise will ensure the marketing department delivers measurable, impactful results.

Scheduled Details 

  • In-Person (Laguna Hills, Ca.)
  • Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm 

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Lead, coach, and develop digital marketing team members by setting clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback, and fostering a high-performance, growth-driven environment.
  • Ensure all campaigns are strategically executed, on-brand, and meet high standards for copywriting and creative quality.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives, prioritizing efforts across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and CRO.
  • Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google/YouTube Ads and Meta Ads, and other social media ads platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Lead SEO content marketing initiatives to boost organic search rankings and drive valuable traffic.
  • Oversee deployment of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to enhance campaign performance and user experience.
  • Provide direction and support to the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating and monitoring spending to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign results to the Director of Digital Marketing and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Digital Marketing and department heads for a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies, recommending innovative strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications 

  • Proven track record of leading digital marketing campaigns that have significantly contributed to business growth in the areas of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and CRO
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a history of motivating teams to achieve and exceed their targets.
  • Solid experience in managing budgets with an eye for maximizing returns and driving growth.
  • Adept at analyzing marketing data, turning numbers into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Stellar copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to produce compelling content that captures attention and converts.

Education and Experience Requirements 

  • 3+ years of experience in a management role is a must 
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a comprehensive understanding of SEM, paid social media, content marketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant digital marketing platforms is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector or related industries, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities.
  • A knack for innovation, constantly staying ahead of digital marketing trends and technologies.
