Want to help everyday Americans invest and build wealth? Financial inequality is increasing, and too many people are getting left behind. At Stash, we are passionate about democratizing wealth creation through education, advice, and products that help customers achieve greater financial freedom.
At Stash, growth thrives on tight collaboration among Growth, Creative, Product, and Data Science, and we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Growth Marketing Manager with deep acquisition chops to join our team. You’ll help build the growth marketing engine that turns prospects into new depositors. We’re looking for a digital-first mindset, sharp creative instincts, and a knack for leveraging generative AI to streamline campaign production, creative strategy and reporting to help you push the team’s thinking forward. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where curiosity, data, and cross-functional teamwork fuel compounding growth loops, you’ll feel right at home at Stash.
Expect a green-field environment: many channels are early-stage, budgets are flexible, and experimentation velocity is prized over play-it-safe incrementalism.
What you'll do:
- Drive new depositors with paid media—deploy, measure, and optimize performance spend while maintaining efficient payback windows.
- Execute paid media testing roadmap—contribute to and be a key player in implementing our paid media testing roadmap, with focus on Paid Social and managing creative test pipeline
- Find and execute AI leverage—use Gen-AI + low-code tools (prompt engineering in GPT-4o/Claude, plus cursor, V0, n8n) to automate workflows across reporting, creative production, and test pipelines.
- Run experiments across ads, landing pages—contribute to our testing agenda and execute A/B tests on ads, landing pages and content and own the results and impact of those tests
- Deliver against ambitious growth targets—regularly hit (and reset) monthly new-depositor goals while maturing the Stash growth portfolio into a more predictable mix of channels
- Identify new ways to grow—you’ll contribute actively to our growth roadmap and help identify bets outside of the core channel mix to drive new user growth. This includes prototyping new marketing experiences to build and deliver
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years in growth or performance marketing, with 70 %+ of your time owning paid channels.
- Demonstrated mastery of prompt engineering and day-to-day use of Gen-AI tools to increase output or reduce costs.
- Experience planning, launching, and analyzing experiments across paid ads and/or landing pages.
- Comfortable building or editing landing pages in a modern CMS without dev help.
- Strong cross-functional chops—able to brief creatives, partner with data, size new opportunities and translate insights into backlog tickets.
- Familiarity with Looker or similar BI platforms (bonus points for building dashboards).
Gold Stars:
- Built internal bots/automations in cursor, V0, Bolt, or n8n that save marketers hours per week.
- Prior experience as a creative strategist or content lead (storyboards, hooks, narrative frameworks).
- Depth in post-iOS 14 measurement, server-side tagging, or media-mix modeling.
- Experience guiding freelancers or agencies across design, media buying, or web dev.
