We're looking for a highly entrepreneurial, creative, and execution-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing programs that accelerate Tapstitch's growth.

This is a broad, highly cross-functional role spanning growth marketing, brand, product marketing, go-to-market, organic growth, PR, events, and strategic marketing initiatives.

You'll work closely with Marketing, Business Development, Product, and other cross-functional teams across the U.S. and China to bring high-impact initiatives from idea through execution.

This role is ideal for a versatile, hands-on marketer who can see the big picture, move quickly, navigate ambiguity, and turn ideas into action and measurable results.

What You'll DoMarketing Programs & Growth Initiatives
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing programs that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, product adoption, and GMV.
  • Identify new growth opportunities across organic content, partnerships, PR, events, communities, and other channels.
  • Build marketing programs around key customer segments, products, partnerships, and business priorities.
  • Develop campaign concepts, messaging, creative briefs, and activation strategies.
  • Partner cross-functionally to bring programs from concept through execution.
  • Establish goals and KPIs for marketing programs and analyze performance to identify opportunities for optimization and scale.
  • Help develop repeatable marketing programs that can grow across audiences and markets.
Product Marketing & Go-to-Market
  • Support and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, platform capabilities, integrations, and launches.
  • Translate product features into compelling customer value propositions, positioning, messaging, and marketing stories.
  • Develop product marketing programs that drive awareness, education, adoption, and usage.
  • Partner closely with Product and cross-functional teams in the U.S. and China to understand product roadmaps and business priorities.
  • Translate global product capabilities into relevant marketing strategies for the U.S. market.
  • Coordinate GTM execution across Marketing, Product, Creative, Business Development, Customer Success, and other teams.
  • Develop launch materials including product pages, educational content, case studies, sales enablement, and campaign assets.
  • Track launch performance and identify opportunities to improve future GTM programs.
Organic Growth & Content
  • Support Tapstitch's organic growth strategy across SEO, content, social, community, partnerships, and emerging discovery channels.
  • Identify content and search opportunities across fashion, apparel manufacturing, ecommerce, print-on-demand, entrepreneurship, and creator commerce.
  • Develop content programs that build authority, generate qualified traffic, and acquire new merchants.
  • Work with internal and external partners to create thought leadership, educational content, customer stories, and industry insights.
  • Monitor organic traffic, search visibility, competitive positioning, and conversion.
  • Explore emerging opportunities including AI search and generative engine optimization (GEO).
Brand, PR & Communications
  • Support marketing programs that strengthen Tapstitch's positioning as a leading fashion-on-demand platform.
  • Identify compelling company, product, customer, and partnership stories that can generate earned media and organic awareness.
  • Help develop campaigns and content that differentiate Tapstitch across fashion, ecommerce, and creator commerce.
  • Identify relevant cultural moments, industry trends, and conversations where Tapstitch can participate.
  • Maintain consistent positioning and messaging across product marketing, PR, content, events, and partnerships.
Events & Activations
  • Help develop and execute marketing programs around trade shows, conferences, brand activations, workshops, community events, and webinars.
  • Identify event opportunities that can increase brand awareness, acquire customers, and generate pipeline.
  • Develop creative activation concepts that make Tapstitch stand out and support measurable business goals.
  • Coordinate event execution including programming, partnerships, onsite experiences, content capture, and post-event amplification.
  • Turn events into broader marketing moments through PR, social content, creator participation, and customer storytelling.
  • Represent Tapstitch at select industry events and activations.
Strategic & Special Projects
  • Own and support high-priority marketing projects as business needs evolve.
  • Identify new marketing programs, partnerships, audiences, and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct customer, competitive, and market research to inform marketing strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally across U.S. and China-based teams to move initiatives from idea to execution.
  • Help bridge communication and execution between global and U.S. teams.
  • Bring structure to ambiguous projects and turn them into clear, actionable plans.
  • Jump into high-impact marketing opportunities as priorities evolve.

RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of marketing experience across growth, product marketing, brand, integrated marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to take marketing programs from idea through execution, working across multiple initiatives at once.
  • Experience with product marketing, GTM, organic growth, content, PR, events, or partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of positioning, messaging, storytelling, and customer acquisition.
  • Highly hands-on, resourceful, and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working across global teams and time zones, including close collaboration with teams in China.
  • Experience in fashion, apparel, ecommerce, creator commerce, or high-growth startups is a plus.
  • Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, SEO, or AI/GEO search is a plus.
  • Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.
