We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager – Paid Media & Analytics to support the strategy and execution of our paid media campaigns across digital, mobile, and CTV channels. This role will be central to acquiring and retaining users through efficient performance marketing tactics and robust data analysis.
You'll work cross-functionally with channel leads, creative teams, analytics, product marketing, and external media agencies to launch and scale high-performing campaigns that drive measurable growth.
What you'll do- Plan, launch, and analyze paid acquisition campaigns across key channels: Google UAC, Social, programmatic (Nexxen, The Trade Desk), and CTV
- Serve as the operational lead with our media agencies and direct partners, managing timelines, creative trafficking, budgets, and performance check-ins
- Lead the partnership with data science to set up and QA campaign tracking a cross platforms, ensuring accurate attribution through Kochava and BigQuery
- Build weekly and monthly performance dashboards using Looker or Google Sheets
- Support testing initiatives across creative, audience, and placements, to improve ROAS and reduce CAC
- Collaborate with lifecycle, product, and creative teams to align campaigns with in-app engagement and content promotion strategies
- Coordinate A/B experiments with the in-product Growth Cycle team (e.g., retargeting users based on new in-app behaviors)
- Support the broader marketing team when needed with performance reporting, campaign insights, and data storytelling across paid, lifecycle, and organic efforts
- 3–5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within a streaming or digital entertainment environment
- Hands-on experience managing multi-channel paid campaigns with a track record of delivering results
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting large datasets, building performance models, and using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with mobile measurement platforms (MMPs) like Kochava, Adjust, or AppsFlyer
- Passion for media, tech, and building data-informed strategies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US and Global geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $120,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, seniority, local currency and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
