As Cyncly continues its transformation, the ideal candidate combines strategic growth thinking with a hands‑on, execution‑oriented mindset, delivering results today while shaping the future growth model.

Key Responsibilities

End‑to‑End Growth Marketing

  • Design integrated growth programs that drive new customer acquisition while accelerating product adoption and cross‑sell across the Cyncly portfolio
  • Translate business and product objectives into clear growth initiatives, campaigns, and measurable outcomes
  • Balance short‑term demand delivery with long‑term growth and lifecycle impact

Demand Generation & Acquisition

  • Define and execute multi‑channel demand generation strategies across digital, email, events, and other growth channels
  • Build and optimize acquisition campaigns that deliver qualified demand and pipeline
  • Create scalable campaign frameworks, templates, and blueprints to enable repeatable execution across regions and products
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize messaging, channels, and targeting

Adoption, Cross‑Sell & Integrated Marketing

  • Partner with product marketing, customer marketing, and sales to drive onboarding, adoption, and usage of Cyncly Websites

  • Align campaigns and lifecycle programs to customer needs, personas, and stages of maturity
  • Support regional teams with growth programs that can be localized while remaining globally consistent

Performance, Measurement & Optimization

  • Track growth KPIs across acquisition, engagement, adoption, and demand
  • Analyze campaign and lifecycle performance to identify opportunities for optimization and scale
  • Use data and insights to continuously refine growth strategies and prioritize investment
  • Support the evolution of performance measurement and reporting as the growth model matures

Cross‑Functional & Regional Collaboration

  • Coordinate growth initiatives across digital marketing, events, customer marketing, product marketing, and regional teams
  • Act as a central growth partner for Cyncly Websites within the wider portfolio marketing ecosystem
  • Operate effectively in a globally distributed, fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
  • Help align marketing execution with broader organizational and transformation goals

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or campaign management within the technology industry
  • Proven experience driving acquisition and demand while supporting adoption and lifecycle growth
  • Strong hands‑on execution skills combined with strategic planning capability
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed, global organization
  • Comfortable operating in environments undergoing transformation and growth

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
