We are looking for a results-driven Growth Manager to develop and execute growth initiatives working cross-functionally with product, engineering and design to ensure successful customer adoption. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with crypto protocols and has a proven track record of scaling user adoption in the Web3 space.
Role & Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing campaigns focussing on target audience identification, creative direction, copywriting, and performance reporting.
- Translate features and use cases into audience-specific benefits that clearly articulates the protocol's value proposition and differentiates it from competitors.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine user onboarding and retention strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Foster an engaged user community in collaboration with community managers.
- Leverage partnerships with protocols, chains, and dApps to drive growth through co-marketing and ecosystem initiatives.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve acquisition and retention efforts.
- Track and report key growth metrics to measure success against goals.
- 3+ years of experience in growth or product marketing, preferably for B2C products or protocols.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of successful marketing campaigns for protocols or products used by millions of users
- Hands-on experience managing user acquisition for Consumer Apps, Wallets or DeFi protocols.
- Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems, including DeFi and layer 1/2 chains.
- Proficiency with Web3 analytics tools like Dune Analytics or Nansen.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to draw insights from various data sources
- Experience with paid acquisition, KOL partnerships and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with community-led growth strategies and building engaged user communities.
