At Rollstack, we are revolutionizing the way businesses share and communicate data and insights. Organizations worldwide rely on slide decks and documents to make informed decisions, whether for leadership, clients, or partners. Yet, preparing these materials often consumes countless hours. Rollstack fully automates that.

We help some of the world's leading organizations—from mid-sized to public companies like SoFi, Zillow and Whirlpool—in automating their slide decks and documents. Headquartered in New York, we offer a remote-friendly workplace and are backed by Insight Partners and Y Combinator, the most successful startup incubator in the world that produced the likes of Airbnb, Twitch, Instacart, Dropbox, Reddit, Doordash, Stripe, Coinbase, etc.

Our team operates with speed and focus to deliver outsized impacts for our customers. We approach every challenge with first principles, never assuming things have to be done a certain way. We are a diverse team that believes intelligence and kindness go hand in hand, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds. Our persistence and rapid execution define us as a category leader and a future generational company.

About the Role

Rollstack is seeking a passionate and hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to own Rollstack’s growth engine—from first touch to qualified pipeline. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, knows how to prioritize high-leverage activities, and can toggle between strategy and execution without skipping a beat.

As a Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Rollstack’s brand, messaging, and demand generation efforts. You’ll partner closely with sales, customer success, and leadership to craft a growth strategy that scales with the business.

What You Will Do
  • Own top-of-funnel growth. Develop and execute strategies to drive awareness, website traffic, and qualified pipeline through organic and paid channels.
  • Refine positioning & messaging. Work with customers, sales, and product to continuously evolve how we talk about Rollstack in a way that resonates with our target audience.
  • Lead content strategy. Build and manage a content calendar across formats (blog, social, email, video, case studies) and channels to educate and convert our audience.
  • Scale distribution. Identify and optimize key channels for growth, including SEO, SEM, paid social, newsletters, community, and partnerships.
  • Champion customer stories. Bring our users to life through compelling narratives—case studies, interviews, testimonials, AMAs—that demonstrate Rollstack’s impact.
  • Enable sales & success. Collaborate with GTM teams to create content and collateral that supports conversion, onboarding, and retention (decks, one-pagers, product marketing materials).
  • Track, measure, and optimize. Own key marketing metrics and dashboards. Use data to continuously iterate and improve campaign performance.
  • Experiment. Test and validate new growth loops to unlock untapped channels.
Who We Are Looking For
  • You’ve done this before. 7+ years in B2B marketing or growth, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS startup. You’ve owned metrics, run campaigns, and delivered results.
  • You understand the data space. Bonus point if you understand the data landscape from data warehouses to business intelligence tools.
  • You’re strategic and scrappy. You can develop a 12-month growth plan and execute on it yourself, whether that’s writing copy, launching ads, or setting up tracking.
  • You’re a strong communicator. You can simplify complex concepts, tell a compelling story, and write crisp, persuasive content.
  • You understand buyers. You know how to reach, engage, and convert technical and business audiences—especially in a product-led or sales-assisted motion.
  • You’re data-minded. You know how to define success, instrument the right metrics, and optimize performance based on what the data tells you.
  • You collaborate well. You’re comfortable working cross-functionally with founders, sales, product, and customers to get things done.
  • Bonus: Experience with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, or similar.
Why Join Us
  • Join a Y Combinator-backed company that’s redefining how individuals and teams—across industries and around the world—work smarter and faster.
  • Work alongside an exceptional team of builders and operators, including alumni from Amazon, Pinterest, Tesla, Nvidia, and AiFi.
  • Be part of a fully remote, globally diverse workplace that values autonomy, impact, and collaboration.
  • Contribute to a product that users love and that truly sells itself—built by a world-class product and engineering team.
  • Look forward to bi-annual team offsites in destinations that belong on your travel bucket list.
  • Earn competitive compensation and meaningful equity in a fast-moving, high-leverage startup where your work directly shapes the company’s trajectory.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
