What are we looking for?

BetterSleep is looking for a sharp, proactive, and curious Growth Marketing Intern to join our high-performing team. If you're eager to break into the world of digital marketing, love diving into data, and want to learn how to scale a top-ranked mobile app, this is your chance.

We're seeking someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and also ready to contribute creatively. You’ll support campaign operations, ad creative execution, and data analysis. This role is perfect for someone with 1+ internships under their belt, ideally with exposure to paid social advertising.

This is a hybrid internship based in Montreal QC working 37.5 hours per week for a period of 4 months starting in September 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Upload and manage ad creatives across different platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting to help optimize campaign performance
  • Conduct research on creators and review influencer content to assess brand fit
  • Draft and submit creative briefs in collaboration with the design team
  • Give feedback on creator content, helping maintain alignment with brand tone and campaign objectives
  • Help identify and vet new creator and affiliate partnerships
  • Support day-to-day campaign execution, tracking, and documentation
  • Stay organized and on top of timelines, file naming conventions, and creative versioning
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in public relations, marketing or communications
  • Completed 1+ previous internships, with at least one in performance marketing, paid social, influencer marketing, or a related field
  • Strong interest in growth marketing, mobile apps, and consumer behavior
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and navigating dashboards for basic data analysis
  • A self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and reliable — you triple-check your work and meet deadlines
  • Enjoys both creative and analytical tasks
  • Experience working in Notion, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and/or creative collaboration tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or influencer marketing tools is a plus
