About The Internship:

Unite Us is seeking a Demand Generation Event Intern to support our flagship customer event and tradeshow strategy as part of our broader demand generation efforts. This role will work closely with demand generation, sales, marketing, and web team to build and execute event experiences that engage our prospects and customers, driving brand awareness and measurable ROI.

Our 8-week summer internship class runs from June 9, 2025 - August 4, 2025.


What You'll Do:

  • Support demand generation programs with a focus on Unite Us' flagship customer event and tradeshow marketing.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to build and execute event experiences that drive engagement and business impact.
  • Coordinate pre-show promotional campaigns, on-site activations, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Support event logistics, including sponsorship coordination, vendor relationships, and venue planning.
  • Support executive-level participation in key industry events by preparing executive briefs and event sales enablement materials.
  • Coordinate exhibit contracts, sponsorships, and meeting space.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop Pre, During and Post Event Communications
  • Track and analyze event performance metrics, ensuring continuous optimization of marketing strategies.
  • Maintain planning documents, including event calendars, event reports, and strategy documents


You're a great fit for this Internship if:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Passion for events, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Interest in B2B marketing, government, or healthcare industries is a plus.
  • Experience with GSuite and Salesforce
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • This position is remote, U.S. based
  • This internship is $20/hour for 35 hours per week
