We're looking for a strategic, results-oriented Growth Marketing Director to own and scale our customer acquisition, activation, and revenue growth across the funnel. You will combine experimentation, analytics, and creative execution to drive a predictable pipeline and product adoption in a B2B fintech environment.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role, ideal for someone who's data-driven, thrives in ambiguity, and can move fluidly between strategy and execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI-Powered Growth EngineAct as "GTM engineer" to orchestrate AI-powered campaigns end-to-end, from lead enrichment and personalization to multi-channel distribution and optimization
Design, deploy, and manage AI agents for inbound qualification, outbound prospecting, and lead nurturing using tools like Clay, 11x, Artisan, or Salesforce Agentforce
Build automated content workflows using AI for social media, SEO, email, and paid channels to maintain consistent market presence at scale
Research, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge AI-driven growth and content tools to improve speed, personalization, and performance across all channels
Create intelligent automation for lead nurturing, re-engagement, and lifecycle progression based on behavioral triggers and account signals
Own the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
Design, execute, and analyze high-velocity growth experiments across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, paid channels, and SEO
Optimize the full funnel from lead → MQL → SQL → revenue in close collaboration with Sales and RevOps
Manage and scale paid acquisition (Google, LinkedIn), owning budgeting, CAC optimization, and rapid experimentation
Define, track, and report on core growth metrics with clear attribution and ROI measurement
Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting senior decision-makers in target verticals (CEOs, CFOs, CROs, Heads of Payments)
Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Product Marketing to craft hyper-personalized messaging for target segments and ICPs
Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel lead generation programs with clear focus on pipeline contribution, CAC targets, and ROI
Design, launch, and iterate on campaign creative and messaging—test ad copy, landing pages, and offers at high velocity
Manage landing page strategy and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve performance across the funnel
Build automated ABM reporting dashboards for real-time performance visibility and data-driven decision-making
Align marketing programs with sales priorities to accelerate deal velocity and close rates
Own the company blog end-to-end—from topic ideation and editorial planning to writing, publishing, and optimization
Write and manage blog posts, press releases, bylined articles, and long-form content to support brand positioning and demand generation
Own the social content strategy for LinkedIn and relevant B2B platforms, driving awareness, credibility, and inbound interest
Continuously test, iterate, and improve content based on performance data, sales feedback, and pipeline impact
8–12+ years of experience in growth, performance, lifecycle, or demand marketing, with clear progression into leadership roles
Proven track record of scaling growth at a B2B SaaS or fintech company through Series A and beyond, including meaningful impact on pipeline, revenue, and CAC efficiency
Demonstrated experience building and scaling growth engines—taking early traction and turning it into repeatable, measurable growth
Demonstrated experience deploying AI agents for sales/marketing automation (not just "using ChatGPT"—actual experience building AI-driven GTM workflows that run autonomously)
Hands-on proficiency with AI growth stack (e.g., Clay, Apollo, 11x, Artisan, AI SDR tools, AI content generation platforms) with measurable results
Proven track record of achieving 10x+ efficiency gains through AI automation vs. traditional methods
Experience managing AI-powered systems that operate 24/7 for lead qualification, outreach, content creation, and campaign optimization
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels—from defining growth strategy to personally driving high-impact initiatives when needed
Strong analytical and financial mindset, with deep experience in funnel analysis, attribution, experimentation, and ROI measurement
Comfortable leading in high-ambiguity, resource-constrained settings, making sound decisions with incomplete data
Clear, confident communicator with ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams
Track record of launching successful ABM and lead generation campaigns with measurable business impact
Strong background in content creation and messaging for financial services or B2B tech audiences
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot, marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot), Google Analytics, and social media platforms
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS for content management
Comfort with data visualization and reporting tools
English fluency required; Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills are a strong plus
