The Role Apothékary is looking for an ambitious, creative, and results-driven Growth Marketing Associate to join our growing team! This role will be key in executing and expanding our marketing efforts, moving beyond paid social to a more diversified approach that includes TV, OOH, and strategic partnerships (e.g., whitelisting, affiliate marketing). As a vital member of the marketing team, you will support growth by executing innovative strategies, analyzing performance, and helping scale marketing initiatives. You’ll report directly to our Director of Growth and help us drive key metrics, including MER, LTV:CAC, and other performance indicators.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid social, TV, OOH, podcasts, affiliate marketing, and new partner opportunities (e.g., whitelisting).
  • Manage daily tasks for paid media campaigns, including ad creation, optimization, and weekly reporting.
  • Drive new marketing initiatives that scale business growth and improve user acquisition efficiency.
  • Identify 25–30 new affiliate newsletters/blogs and 15–20 podcasts each month, securing 10 new partnerships per month for newsletters/blogs and 10 new partnerships per month for podcasts.
  • Foster and manage relationships with external partners, ensuring product send-outs, negotiations, and reporting are executed effectively.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, product, and marketing teams to execute successful campaigns and develop high-performing ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance trends and market data to optimize ongoing campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and refine creative strategies.
  • Create and maintain marketing processes that ensure efficiency, consistency, and high-quality execution.
  • Source influencers for UGC and whitelisting ad opportunities.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record in executing paid marketing campaigns and expanding beyond social media.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns, partnerships, and initiatives.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing trends and tools, with experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and performance marketing.
  • Creative intuition with the ability to develop and brief the creative team on compelling ad concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex data and communicate findings effectively.
  • High level of organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks and timelines.
  • Collaborative, positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the wellness or health industry.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TripleWhale, and other marketing tools.
  • Experience with TV or out-of-home (OOH) advertising.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Starting salary: $70K annually with a bonus structure based on KPIs such as MER and LTV:CAC.
