Lead user acquisition and engagement for a consumer app by developing and optimizing paid campaigns, measuring performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with a strong background in mass-market tech services to lead user acquisition and engagement for our consumer app. You’ll help define the value proposition, shape customer segmentation, and drive growth through strategic, data-driven marketing.
Success in this role requires a deep understanding of app monetization, user behavior, and competitive positioning—especially in productivity or interactive entertainment apps. You’ll own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across major channels, with a focus on performance, creativity, and scalability.
This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who can turn product insights into impactful growth strategies in a fast-moving, competitive space.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Search & Display, Meta, YouTube, programmatic platforms, and emerging channels.
- Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI and user acquisition within defined CPA targets.
- Tailor creative and messaging to regional regulations, app launch timelines, and user behavior.
- Leverage behavioral, geographic, and device data to improve targeting efficiency and conversion rates across the user journey.
- Integrate internal and third-party data sources to refine audience targeting and boost performance.
Measurement & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
- Produce detailed reports on KPIs including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), conversion rate, and Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Share actionable insights with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and compliance.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 1 year in mass-market tech services, productivity, or entertainment apps.
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, product lifecycle, and evolving user behaviors in mobile consumer tech.
- Ability to craft compelling messaging and value propositions across web and app stores.
- Proven track record managing large-scale acquisition campaigns (7-figure budgets).
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, programmatic DSPs, and other major ad platforms.
- Knowledge of attribution modeling, A/B testing, and user lifecycle strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset and data fluency.
- Experience collaborating with creative, compliance, and analytics teams.
It's a plus if you have:
- Crypto native or familiarity with community-led growth and Web3 technologies.
- Passion for emerging technologies and innovative consumer products.
- Experience in mobile app growth, including App Store Optimization (ASO).
- Familiarity with app CRM, email marketing, and retention/lifecycle strategies.
