About the role:
Level AI is seeking a sharp, fast-moving Growth Manager to accelerate pipeline and revenue through rapid experimentation across channels. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, creative thinking, and fast execution.You’ll be empowered to design, test, and scale growth experiments that touch every part of our funnel—from cold outbound and paid media to website conversion and product-led motion. You’ll work closely with Marketing, SDRs, RevOps, and Product Marketing to turn ideas into revenue.This is a builder role: you'll be the one both generating ideas and launching them fast.
Responsibilities :
- Launch and manage growth experiments weekly across paid, outbound, lifecycle, and website.
- Build MVP versions of ads, landing pages, and lead flows—then test and iterate rapidly.
- Partner with RevOps to ensure tracking, attribution, and routing are seamless
- Own optimization of our conversion funnel: demo requests, webinar signups, handoff to Sales.
- Analyze data to find new growth opportunities, then move from insight to test fast.
- Experiment with AI tools (e.g. Clay, ChatGPT, Clearbit, Mutiny, Taplio) to build faster and smarter.
- Help build growth playbooks, templates, and repeatable systems.
What You Bring
- 3+ years in a growth, demand gen, or marketing ops role at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record running experiments that drove pipeline (and learning from those that didn’t)
- Strong analytical chops: comfortable in Google Sheets, GA, HubSpot/Salesforce, and ad platforms
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and ad channel strategy (LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
- Highly autonomous and fast-paced: you bias toward action and iterate quickly
- Comfortable using AI tools to streamline processes and scale experimentation
Bonus Points :
- Experience in the CX, contact center, or AI SaaS space
- Familiarity with ABM programs and account-based ad platforms (e.g. Demandbase, RollWorks)
- Experience working closely with SDRs or Sales
