About you:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in growth, marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of developer infrastructure, particularly within the Web3 and crypto ecosystem.

  • Familiarity with the needs, workflows, and pain points of a developer-focused audience.

  • Proven ability to write, test, and iterate on copy, creative assets, and distribution strategies.

  • Working knowledge of data analytics tools to track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance.

  • Demonstrated experience scaling growth channels and driving revenue.

  • Comfortable engaging directly with decision makers to educate and onboard them onto a platform.

  • A systematic problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and execution.

  • Experience working in a remote or highly distributed team environment is a plus.

About the role:

The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving user engagement and revenue growth across the platform. This role owns the development and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, with a focus on attracting, converting, and retaining developers and strategic partners. Success in this role requires a strong command of paid ad testing, conversion rate optimization, and building full-funnel user journeys that lead to measurable business outcomes.

What does success in this role look like?

  • In three months, you have become our go-to teammate on all things Growth, with a holistic understanding of our value proposition. You’ve implemented a number of growth experiments and have narrowed in on promising channels.

  • In six months, you have earned the trust of the team to drive outcomes, from ideation through implementation with minimal guidance, and are delivering industry-best MoM growth and positive ROAS.

  • In twelve months, you have attained a mastery of growth initiatives, and have created a system to continuously ideate, experiment, and deliver results.
