About Goldsky
Goldsky is the data platform for financial products built on stablecoins. We give fintechs and financial institutions the real-time data infrastructure they need to launch stablecoin accounts, balances, payments, custody, and settlement products, without becoming blockchain infrastructure companies themselves.
Behind the scenes we operate one of the most demanding production data platforms in the industry. Our infrastructure powers high-volume products at companies like Polymarket, 0x, Kraken, and Circle, and continuously indexes onchain activity across dozens of networks with the latency, accuracy, and reliability that production financial systems require. As stablecoins move from a crypto primitive into mainstream financial infrastructure, fintechs and commercial institutions are turning to Goldsky to abstract away the messy parts (chains, RPCs, reorgs, indexing) so they can ship the financial products their customers actually want.
We’ve raised over $20M from Dragonfly Capital, Felicis Ventures, 0x Labs, Uniswap Labs, Protocol Labs, and angel investors including Plaid founders Zach Perret and William Hockey, and Zhuoxun Yin of Magic Eden. Our team has previously built mission-critical infrastructure at Meta, Google, Shopify, Activision, and more.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Growth Engineer to build internal tools, AI-powered workflows, and customer-facing experiences that compound how fast Goldsky grows. This is a builder-first role for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of GTM, product, and engineering, and who sees AI as a way to do the work of a much larger team with a small one.
You’ll report into Marketing and partner closely with sales, customer success, and product. You’ll have real autonomy to identify and build the highest-leverage automations, experiences, and tools, with budget for AI infrastructure and an explicit mandate to ship.
This is the right role for an engineer who loves shipping fast, finds operations problems genuinely interesting, and gets a kick out of replacing manual work with a clean piece of automation that runs forever.
Responsibilities:
Build AI-powered internal tools that compress the work of the GTM team. Lead enrichment and scoring agents, account research workflows, automated outbound personalization, call summarization and insight extraction, internal knowledge agents over Slack, Notion, and the CRM. Think about every hour of repetitive GTM work as a candidate for automation.
Build customer-facing growth surfaces. Interactive demos, sandboxed playgrounds, in-product guides, AI-assisted onboarding, dynamic case study experiences, and tools that help prospects evaluate Goldsky themselves before they ever talk to sales.
Ship marketing engineering. The website, landing pages, A/B tests, lifecycle email flows, attribution plumbing, and the integrations between marketing tools, CRM, and product analytics. Treat the GTM stack as a real engineering surface, not a pile of duct tape.
Partner with sales engineering and solutions to automate parts of the customer evaluation journey: provisioning, sample pipelines, integration accelerators, ROI calculators, technical content generation.
Instrument and learn. Set up the analytics and experimentation needed to know which tools and surfaces are actually driving growth. Kill what doesn’t work, double down on what does.
Be the AI specialist for GTM. Stay close to the frontier of LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI-native tools, and bring back the ones that meaningfully change how we operate. Help the rest of the company become better AI users.
We’re excited to talk with you if:
You’re an engineer who has built things end to end: frontend, backend, integrations, agents, automations. You don’t need a PM to scope your work, and you can ship without permission.
You’ve shipped with LLMs and AI tooling in production. You know the difference between a flashy demo and a system that holds up under real use. You’re comfortable with the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs, agent frameworks, retrieval, evals, and the rapidly evolving AI stack.
You’re commercially curious. You want to know who buys, why they buy, what makes a great onboarding experience, and how a piece of automation can move a real revenue number.
You’re fluent in modern web (TypeScript and Next.js or similar) and comfortable working across multiple environments, services, and third-party APIs.
You operate with high autonomy. You identify the work that matters, scope it, ship it, and measure it. You finish things.
You’re a strong communicator. You can talk to a salesperson about pipeline, a designer about a landing page, and a backend engineer about an API contract in the same afternoon, and pull all three threads together into something that ships.
You’re excited about fintech and stablecoin infrastructure, or you’re motivated to get up the curve fast.
Bonus points for:
You’ve worked in a growth engineering, forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineering, or developer-relations role before.
You’ve built internal AI agents or tooling that real teams use every day.
You have prior experience in fintech, payments, stablecoins, or financial infrastructure.
You’ve launched a side project, indie tool, or open-source library that other engineers actually use.
You’ve built and operated revenue-driving experiments end to end, not just supported someone else’s.
