(Temporary) Part-Time Growth Channel Specialist

Position Spotlight:

  • This is a temporary position with an initial contract scheduled to run through June 30th, 2026
  • Scheduled for 20 hours per week during regular business hours of 6am – 6pm Mountain Time, Monday – Friday
  • Open to remote applicants

About the Role

The Growth Channel Specialist plays a critical role in delivering a world-class experience to professional referrers by serving as the first point of contact with our organization. This position requires a compassionate and service-oriented individual who can engage with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.  The ideal candidate will need to accurately capture and document lead information for both professionals and patients along with collaborating internally to ensure a seamless and coordinated referral handling process across the organization. 

The initial contract for this position is scheduled to run through June 30th, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a World Class experience to potential professional referrers by providing responsive and complete service through telephone calls and emails.
  • Complete outbound engagement efforts to nurture and develop ongoing professional relationships with customer base. 
  • Educate professionals about cochlear implant and bone conduction solution candidacy and advise on the support tools and resources available through Cochlear.
  • Document relationship set up within Salesforce system starting from referral to represent patient journey through process.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the Regional B2B field and AMEM team by engaging leads and connecting with area team members for additional support. 

Key Requirements

To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience in your application and at interview:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years experience in the hearing industry
  • Strong computer skills (preferably in Microsoft Suite)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance/manage multiple, changing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Follows through on commitments, meets deadlines, takes responsibility for actions, and shows consistency between words and actions
  • In role related tasks, identifies and communicates opportunities for improvement
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and positively in a team environment to build strong, professional relationships

Salary

  • Target Salary Rate: $25.00/hr
  • This role is not eligible for benefits
