Growth Automation Apprentice (6-Month Cohort)

We just opened 1 FREE seat for a Growth Automation Apprentice.
*FREE = costs you nothing, pays you in skills, tools, a production-grade portfolio, and a pathway to a paid GTM engineering role – not cash.

The Deal (Read Carefully)

This is a 6-month, intensive apprenticeship for career switchers and recent grads who need to break into tech. We do not pay you in cash; we pay you in leverage. You will get raw, unfiltered access to how a real SaaS company engineers its revenue systems from scratch. We provide the tools, the architecture, the senior mentorship, and the references. You provide the execution.

The Non-Negotiables:

  • Time Commitment: 40 hrs/week. Can be negotiated under special circumstances to 20hrs/week.
  • Exclusivity: You cannot hold another job, run a side-hustle agency, or be enrolled in university while doing this. You must be entirely focused.
  • Location: US, Canada, or LATAM only.
  • The Standard: This is not a hand-holding internship where you fetch coffee or build fake projects. You will be building the live data pipelines that power our Founder's daily outbound pipeline and deliver intent data to our actual pilot customers.

The Mission

Your goal is to connect Unstuck's core intent data to daily sales workflows using no-code and low-code infrastructure. You will act as the technical bridge between raw signal data and an actionable sales pipeline, wiring up the exact systems we are using to scale to $1M ARR.

Background And Skills

You do not need a formal computer science degree, but you must be deeply logical and comfortable with technical troubleshooting. You should already understand how webhooks work and be able to read a JSON payload without panicking. A natural curiosity for systems architecture, reading API documentation, and writing basic scripts is strictly required.

Daily Operations

  • Review and QA the daily intent data flowing from Unstuck Engine for both our internal sales motion and our pilot customers.
  • Build and maintain n8n workflows that route qualified leads directly into Slack channels, CRMs, and email sequencing tools.
  • Write basic JavaScript within workflow nodes to clean, format, and transform raw data.
  • Troubleshoot failed API calls and broken webhooks daily to ensure consistent data delivery.

The Upside (Your Career Path)

This apprenticeship builds the exact technical GTM skills that modern SaaS companies are desperately hiring for right now. If you survive these 6 months, you walk away with the resume, title, and portfolio to land one of these roles:

  1. RevOps Analyst
Focus: Connecting sales, marketing, and customer data systems to create a unified and efficient revenue engine.
    Compensation: $70K – $90K annually
  2. GTM Engineer
Focus: Building and optimizing the technical infrastructure that powers outbound sales teams and go-to-market systems.
    Compensation: $90K – $120K annually
  3. Solutions Engineer
Focus: Supporting SaaS customers by enabling seamless product integrations through APIs and technical solutions.
    Compensation: $85K – $110K annually

How To Apply

Submit your LinkedIn profile/resume and a short 1-minute intro video (Loom or similar) telling us why you want to build revenue systems. If you pass the initial screen, our HR team will send you a specific, asynchronous technical task. Pass the task, and you go straight to a final interview with our CEO.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
