About the company

Our client is a fast-growing financial services company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Drive a data-led growth agenda that converts manual sales tactics into scalable, repeatable programs. Mine pipeline and CRM information for patterns, prioritize experiments by expected return, and work alongside sales and engineering colleagues to launch and measure initiatives.

What you'll do

- Study large volumes of CRM records, customer conversations and won versus lost deals to learn which tactics succeed and why.

- Own a roadmap that turns individual outreach efforts into systems that reach many prospects at once.

- Work with sales leadership, the sales team and growth engineers, defining the requirements for builds that engineers deliver.

- Estimate the expected value of each experiment relative to its time and cost, and rank initiatives by near-term impact.

- Carry initiatives from concept to launch and results review across multiple acquisition channels, including inbound, web, content, partner and social, tracking each by pipeline contribution.

- Create your own reporting dashboards, web pages and lightweight internal tools using AI and no-code products to monitor and lift conversion through the whole sales funnel.

- Solid analytics skills, including A/B testing, funnel analysis, attribution and web analytics platforms, plus the ability to evaluate ROI from past data.

- Comfort using AI-assisted tools to produce pages, internal tools and reports, and to weave AI agents into everyday workflows.

- Clear writing and communication, including thought-leadership pieces, marketing copy and partner collateral.

- Experience using data and insight to originate and execute growth ideas.

- Bachelor's degree from a strong university, or a standout background elsewhere such as time at a top-tier company or notable extracurricular achievement.

- Ability to work remotely in the US, with a strong preference for the New York City area or Miami, Florida.

- US work authorization without need for visa sponsorship.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
