Arrange accurate and cost-effective domestic and international travel for corporate clients using group blocks, contracts, preferred suppliers, Amadeus, and Apollo. Support client accounts, enforce travel policies, provide traveler assistance, resolve first-level customer service and technical issues, monitor flights, complete air analysis, and maintain productivity, accuracy, and service standards. The role is fully remote with a Monday–Friday Pacific-time schedule.

Position Overview
Responsible for the successful completion of comprehensive, accurate, cost-effective travel arrangements for Direct Travel clients within company policies utilizing group block, meeting and zone or corporate contracts, and preferred suppliers in an efficient and professional manner.
This position is fully remote. Amadeus and Apollo skills are needed. The specific work shift is Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Pacific.
Responsibilities
- Completes domestic and international arrangements for clients which include air and possibly hotel and ground transportation.
- Supports one or more accounts
- Operates within detailed procedures
- Interacts with travelers or travel arranger and provides 1st level of support for customer service and technical issues
- Ensures compliance of a clients travel policy while utilizing DT preferred vendors to maximize profit
- Adheres to DT standards in delivering customer service including telephone and email etiquette, and follows prescribed customer service escalation procedure.
- Follows company standards regarding procedures, utilization of tools, productivity, accuracy of work, and attendance
- Attends staff and training meetings for ongoing updates in travel industry and office procedures which may require you to work in the office if home based
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative working environment
- Performs other duties as assigned which may include:
- Air analysis completion
- Flight monitoring if requested
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of corporate consultant experience, and preferably 1-2 years group experience as well.
- Must demonstrate industry knowledge
- Proficiency in one or more CRS
- Ability to meet and exceed required performance standards
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Minimum knowledge of Outlook skills and basic Microsoft platforms, especially Excel.
- Airline contract knowledge
