What you’ll do:We are seeking a highly experienced Group Product Manager to lead the development of AI-first product solutions that transform how customers discover and select healthcare plans. This role is responsible for defining product strategy and roadmap, driving innovation across customer-facing experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional partners including engineering, data science, and business teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic product leader who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about improving customer outcomes in healthcare. This is an individual contributor role who will play a critical part in shaping the future of how customers interact with healthcare products by developing AI-first solutions that simplify decision-making. Success in this role will be defined by the ability to deliver impactful product innovations, improve customer experience, and drive measurable business outcomes in a highly complex and evolving marketplace.Key Responsibilities- Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for AI-first solutions aligned with customer and business needs
- Own products across the full lifecycle, from ideation through delivery, measurement, and iteration
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
- Define product requirements, write user stories, and manage backlog prioritization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and influence system architecture and design
- Champion product vision and build alignment across internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as Product Owner within Agile frameworks, participating in all Scrum ceremonies
- Optimize product development processes to improve delivery speed, quality, and team impact
- Communicate product performance, metrics, and roadmap updates to stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
- Use data-driven decision-making to prioritize initiatives and measure success
- Strategic product leadership and roadmap development
- Strong customer-centric mindset and user experience orientation
- Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Cross-functional collaboration and influence in matrixed organizations
- Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences)
- Agile product management expertise (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B2C environments
- Proven experience building AI-powered enterprise SaaS products
- Experience serving as Product Owner in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex products
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare, insurance, or marketplace-based platforms
- Preferred: Experience with tools such as Atlassian suite, Jira, Miro, Figma, and generative AI platforms (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT)

Work Environment
This role operates in a fully virtual environment with no travel expectations.
Location:
This role is 100% remote, however the primary work hours are later PST as this person will work closely with teams in China.

The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed.
