About nesto and Nesto Cloud

You will be working on Nesto Cloud, Canada’s most advanced cloud platform, delivering end-to-end technology solutions for lenders in the digital age.
About the team
The Group Product Manager owns business outcomes across multiple squads within nesto Cloud, our lending operating system for financial institutions. The GPM translates company strategy into clear product bets, aligns cross-functional teams, and delivers measurable impact in a regulated, mission-critical fintech environment. The role is accountable for product strategy, KPI performance, execution excellence, and the development of Product Managers.
Core Responsibilities
Strategy & Outcomes
Own end-to-end outcomes across a defined product group.
Translate company strategy into clear priorities, roadmap, and success metrics.
Make explicit trade-offs on what will and will not be built.
Ensure decisions are data-driven and customer-validated.
Execution & Delivery
Partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations to deliver high-impact initiatives.
Drive accountability to outcomes, not output.
Ensure delivery predictability and quality.
KPI & Business Impact
Own and improve product KPIs such as: Platform adoption, Automation rate, Revenue impact, Cost-to-serve reduction, User productivity & experience, SLA/SLO
Present clear executive reviews with insights and decisions required.
People Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers into outcome-driven leaders.
Build a culture of ownership and accountability.
Hire and grow top product talent.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as product GM in senior forums.
Build trusted relationships with Sales, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
Align product strategy with commercial and regulatory priorities.
What Success Looks Like (3–6 Months)
Clear ownership of business-critical outcomes.
PMs operating as mini-GMs.
Measurable improvements in adoption, automation, and efficiency.
High trust with executive stakeholders.
Who are we looking for
8+ years in Product Management.
3+ years managing Product Managers.
B2B SaaS experience; fintech or regulated environment preferred.
Strong business acumen and track record of measurable impact.
