Job Description:

Elite is seeking a strategic, financially savvy Group Product Manager (Senior Manager, Product Management), to lead our Financials product category. This is a high-impact role owning the roadmap and delivery for core financial solutions, accounting, budgeting, invoicing, payments, and regulatory reporting, that help law firms operate with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance at scale. 

You’ll lead a small team of Product Managers, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes through data-informed decision-making. Your financial acumen, product leadership, and customer empathy will ensure our platform meets the evolving needs of the legal industry. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the product strategy for the Financials category, ensuring alignment with company goals and evolving market needs.
  • Lead roadmap development and execution for complex financial features including global compliance, reporting standards, and internal controls.
  • Identify and drive innovation opportunities in financial and legal spend management through competitive analysis, user research, and strategic insight.
  • Deliver products that drive measurable business outcomes—adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Define, track, and report on key product KPIs and ROI, translating performance into actionable insights.
  • Lead structured planning, prioritization, and execution using decision-making frameworks and OKRs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Marketing, and Sales to ensure go-to-market readiness and long-term success.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Business Analysts.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, securing buy-in from executive stakeholders and customer-facing teams.
  • Champion a customer-first, data-driven product culture grounded in experimentation and financial acumen.
  • Perform other duties as required to support departmental and company-wide goals.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required. 
  • Must be based on the East Coast, with a preference for those located in New York or Washington, D.C., due to team collaboration and time zone alignment.
  • 6+ years in product management, including 3+ years managing complex financial products; prior team leadership required. 
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and enterprise reporting. 
  • Experience in Public Accounting, CPA certification, familiarity with Tax or Payroll processes is a plus. 
  • SaaS, B2B, or enterprise product experience in legal tech, fintech, or other regulated industries. 
  • Proven ability to scale financial products and drive business outcomes. 
  • Strong cross-functional influence, strategic thinking, and analytical rigor. 
  • Experience with AI-driven product innovation is a plus.
