The Role


As a Group Product Manager at LearnLux, you will drive the strategic direction and execution of our product suite, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering measurable outcomes for our clients and users. This leadership role will require balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution while building a strong, cross-functional product team and process. You’ll play a key role in scaling the LearnLux platform globally, while enhancing our ability to deliver financial wellness at scale.


In this role, you’ll help to build out product best practices, driving a culture that’s obsessed with problem identification and discovery. Your contributions will be instrumental in identifying the biggest opportunities and driving a roadmap process that centers around business metrics. You won’t just be working on product strategy, you’ll be working directly with a team of engineers and designers to develop a platform that impacts the financial lives of millions around the world.

This role is 100% remote within the US and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a 12+ month product strategy aligned with company priorities and industry demands.
  • Emphasize scalability, engagement, and value creation for clients, users, and financial planners.
  • Stay attuned to user needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, particularly in the global financial wellness and enterprise SaaS space.
  • Identify opportunities across product offerings to optimize value for multiple personas (clients, users, and financial planners).
  • Champion an outcome-driven approach using quantitative data such as engagement metrics, NPS, and ARR.
  • Leverage qualitative user insights to inform decision-making.
  • Build relationships across the organization to align the product vision with broader company objectives.
  • Develop materials to support product rollouts and train external-facing teams (Sales and Client Success) for successful GTMs.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product team that fosters ownership, innovation, and user-centric thinking.
  • Represent the LearnLux product vision and strategy to senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional partners.
  • Drive engagement and retention through effective collaboration and strategic initiatives.
  • Synthesize complex business and product challenges into clear, actionable plans that deliver measurable results.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, technical leadership, or complex business environments, ideally in enterprise SaaS or fintech.
  • 3+ years leading a product team, including direct management of product managers and cross-functional alignment.
  • Proven experience building and scaling products for multiple personas in a B2B/B2B2C environment (e.g., enterprise clients, employees, and internal stakeholders).
  • Strong understanding of agile software development processes and product discovery best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making, with experience in analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and the ability to connect product strategy to key KPIs such as ARR, NRR, and user engagement metrics.
  • Experience balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, growing organization.
