At BetterSleep, we’re on a mission to help the world sleep better. With over 85 million downloads, we’ve become one of the most trusted wellness apps globally — helping millions of people fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up feeling restored. But we’re just getting started.
As the Group Product Manager, Core Experience, you’ll lead the team responsible for how users experience BetterSleep — how they find value, build nightly routines, and form lasting habits that truly improve their sleep. This is the heart of our product and the foundation of our future.
You’ll transform BetterSleep from a content app into a connected sleep-health platform, where design, personalization, and behavioral science come together to create meaningful, measurable change.
If you’re driven by user empathy, passionate about elegant product experiences, and thrive on turning insight into impact — this is your opportunity to shape how millions of people sleep and feel every day.
BetterSleep is owned by BetterHelp and Teladoc. We’re backed by a public company, but operating at the speed of a start up.
Own the Core Experience:
Define and lead the product strategy for the end-to-end user journey — from activation to habit formation and daily engagement.
Build and lead the team:
Manage and mentor a small team of PMs, partnering closely with Design, Data, and Engineering to execute with clarity, speed, and creativity.
Drive retention and satisfaction:
Make the product better for users over time — focusing on engagement, delight, and emotional connection as the levers for organic retention.
Turn insights into action:
Synthesize user research, data, and behavioral signals into meaningful improvements that drive measurable outcomes.
Shape the future of sleep health:
Collaborate with partners across BetterSleep and Teladoc to connect content, insights, and care into a unified user experience.
Move fast and focus:
Operate with urgency and ownership — identifying the most important problems to solve, and executing with focus and taste.
Measure what matters:
Own engagement KPIs such as activation, DAU/MAU, retention. Drive experiment velocity and continuous learning.
Massive impact: You’ll own the experience that defines BetterSleep — the product millions of people interact with for sleep.
Mission-driven: You’ll build something that genuinely improves lives — helping people rest, recover, and feel better every day.
High-growth environment: Backed by a public company, but operating with startup speed and culture.
