We are currently looking for an experienced Group Product Manager with expertise with the Adobe suite of products focused on doing whatever it takes to understand the end goal of our clients. This role will serve as a liaison between highly motivated, multidisciplinary teams and our clients to build solutions leveraging a variety of Adobe products including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, Adobe Assets, Workfront, Adobe MarTech products, and others.

This individual will have a clear understanding of and experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle including vision and scope definition, creative and user experience design, business process mapping, requirements specification and prioritization, iterative development, manual and automated testing, and handoff & delivery.  The best candidate will have a bias for action and bring a positive energy to the team.

Information Security Responsibilities

  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Role and Responsibilities

  • Product Execution + Delivery (30%)
  • Facilitate efficient meetings, including producing detailed agendas, leading discussions, and ensuring action items are clearly documented and followed up on
  • Coordinate implementation activities with cross-functional teams
  • Serve as a SME for user stories and acceptance criteria while also demonstrating an understanding of program-level priorities
  • Able to manage multiple engagements and priorities at once.
  • Constructs comprehensive and effective presentations that translate issues into actionable objectives and a compelling story.
  • Mastering technical concepts and able to effectively communicate to internal team members and client stakeholders so that they are easily understood.
  • You enable your team to take an iterative approach to building and shipping features that strikes the right balance between moving quickly and delivering effective functionality.  
  • Serve as a SME for user stories and acceptance criteria while also demonstrating an understanding of program-level priorities
  • Lead and facilitate requirements sessions with internal and external project stakeholders

  • Customer Insight (~25%)
  • A keen ability to listen intently and leverage empathy to understand client's business issues and their customer's pain points.
  • Effectively leverage user feedback to uncover unmet needs, to validate a new concept, or to improve an existing product.
  • Evangelize the importance of user input to your stakeholders
  • Effectively leverage user feedback to not only get feedback on individual projects, but to help inform your team's roadmap.

  • Product Strategy (~20%)
  • Experience in creation, execution of product strategies, and growing/operating digital platforms.
  • Translates broad client strategies into specific priorities and objectives for their team.
  • Understands how to tie your team's efforts to the client’s overall business strategy and can make product roadmap recommendations based on those factors in order to maximize team outcomes.
  • Consistently able to set and achieve meaningful OKR's for yourself and your team.
  • Construct comprehensive, effective presentations that translate issues into actionable objectives and a compelling story
  • Recognize and synthesize key findings, develop alternative solutions, and challenge assumptions

  • Influencing People (~25%)
  • Build strong relationships with client and internal teams to deliver success
  • Serves as a key project leader and is sought out from the client as a true expert.
  • Confident in communication style, learning to identify and adapt to client and team communication styles, as needed.
  • Act as program-level lead, while ensuring collaboration and arriving at mutually agreed to requirements and MVP.
  • Identify key stakeholders within the client org, coordinate where needed with stakeholders to gather necessary requirements.

Required & Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of product experience in gathering requirements
  • Subject matter expert with Adobe Experience Manager, Assets, AJO, and Adobe Experience Cloud product features and benefits
  • Deep knowledge and experience with multiple SDLCs such as Agile, Scrum and traditional waterfall
  • Familiarity with multiple functional suites and software packages for requirements (JIRA, Azure Devops, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience facilitating Business Process Mapping discussions
  • Workfront experience
  • Digital agency experience is a plus.
