The Opportunity
As Group Creative Director, you will define and elevate the creative vision across multiple accounts and teams. You bring a deep foundation in design craft, a sharp strategic mind, and the ability to inspire creatives at every level.
You will oversee large scale brand systems, integrated campaigns, and experience driven work, ensuring everything that leaves the building reflects exceptional thinking and execution.
This is a leadership role for someone who can move fluidly between big idea conceptual thinking and hands on design.
What You'll Be Doing
- Set and uphold the creative vision across multiple accounts and disciplines
- Lead and mentor Creative Directors, Designers, Art Directors, and cross functional teams
- Drive concept development from early strategy through execution
- Oversee brand systems, visual identities, digital experiences, campaigns, and content
- Ensure high craft standards across design, typography, motion, and digital production
- Present work confidently to senior clients and executive stakeholders
- Partner closely with Strategy, Production, and Client Leadership to deliver best in class work
- Play a key role in new business pitches and growth opportunities
- Contribute to evolving Thinkingbox’s creative point of view and reputation
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of creative experience with a strong foundation in design
- Experience leading large integrated campaigns and brand systems
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft and conceptual thinking
- Proven experience managing and mentoring senior creative talent
- Strong presentation skills and executive presence
- Deep understanding of brand, digital, social, and content ecosystems
- Comfort operating at both the conceptual and executional level
- Experience in agency environments with global or enterprise level clients
